Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2
None of that Friday night nonsense this week. Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday with Cardiff hosting Newcastle, a game that has relegation 6 pointer written all over it. We then have four games at the traditional kick off time of 3pm. Everton entertain Southampton. It’s a battle of the animals at The King Power stadium as the Foxes host Wolves. It’s an all London affair with Spurs playing host to Fulham, while Bournemouth travel to West Ham. Saturday is brought to a conclusion with the game of the weekend when Chelsea host Arsenal at 5:30pm.
Sunday brings us another three games. Burnley host Watford in a game that is unlikely to cure any hangovers. Huddersfield will be hoping to improve on their opening day result but that’s unlikely as they entertain Manchester City. If you’re still hungover come 4pm you might as well switch off the TV as Brighton host Jose and his merry men.
Our game-week is brought to an end with the first Monday Night Football of the season and it has the potential to be a cracker as Liverpool travel to London to face Crystal Palace.

The League Codes for FF247 for the 2018/19 season are as follows –
RED CARD – Aaron Wan-Bissaka!
Best King replacement? 2 FT £0.5 ITB
I went King – Zaha
Yeah I’m considering that, he’s looked good tonight
Salah on 9 BPS right BB now. That’s too many”missed big chances” .
Quite impressed by PAL def….they hold Liverpool for so long convincingly…almost did not allow anything in the box.
Oh FFS!
What is the max points hit you think someone could make before they may as well use a wildcard?
Currently on -4 but Wan-Bissaka red means I NEED to make at least one more transfer. I could easily make 4/5 more if I wildcarded.
But yeah, how much of a points hit is too much?
I’d wait it out. Is your £4.0m bench fodder defender really worth a hit?
Sub defender is Peltier (Cardiff), sub mids Stephens (Brighton), hojbjerg (Southampton). Not many points there!
Plenty of money, so a transfer could bring in Pedro or Alonso (for example).
Why do you want WB to be out? Can’t you manage with 4 def.s next 3 weeks?
Could only be 1 week
Would keep WB whether it’s one or three, but need to replace one of my subs to cover for that time!
As it stands I have no depth whatsoever, just cheap bench fodder.
Question is, replace one and take a -8, or use wildcard, restructure my whole bench and remove all hits?
Bench has Stephens, Peltier, Hojbjerg. Not many points there! Have the money to replace one or all of them.
Just depends if I use my wildcard or not!
