Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2

None of that Friday night nonsense this week. Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday with Cardiff hosting Newcastle, a game that has relegation 6 pointer written all over it. We then have four games at the traditional kick off time of 3pm. Everton entertain Southampton. It’s a battle of the animals at The King Power stadium as the Foxes host Wolves. It’s an all London affair with Spurs playing host to Fulham, while Bournemouth travel to West Ham. Saturday is brought to a conclusion with the game of the weekend when Chelsea host Arsenal at 5:30pm.

Sunday brings us another three games. Burnley host Watford in a game that is unlikely to cure any hangovers. Huddersfield will be hoping to improve on their opening day result but that’s unlikely as they entertain Manchester City. If you’re still hungover come 4pm you might as well switch off the TV as Brighton host Jose and his merry men.

Our game-week is brought to an end with the first Monday Night Football of the season and it has the potential to be a cracker as Liverpool travel to London to face Crystal Palace.

Firmino over Mane not looking the best decision

      • Zed Leppelin says:

Indeed! Firmo isn’t much of a threat either, if I’d have to predict now I’d say Mane outscores Firmino by some distance this season!

      • GoalMachine says:

True….also Mane is going to rise tonight to 9.8….but it requires 2 transfers to get Mane in….and I am sure after I sell, Firmino will score 10-15 in a couple of weeks. smile

        • Zed Leppelin says:

Mane wasn’t much of a threat either until that very last counter, Salah is looking by far better than Mane and Firmo… He’ll score big soon…

        • Leprechaun says:

The way Liverpool play, both should get good points although I do think this will be a big season for Mane.

      • Kralin says:

I’m staying chilled about that (Firmino over Mane) until after the B&HA game. Though the B&HA game would’t be a bad time to have him. Oh well.

But Mane is making a very good case for himself. And 3 bps tonight by the look of things.

        • GoalMachine says:

Mane even outscored Salah as of now, though Salah missed a dozen of chances…and Salah will never get BP…his points are only from G+As.
May be I can wait 1 more week and trust Bobby…otherwise to fit Mane, I have to take a hit. Mane will soon reach 10m.

        • Kralin says:

I think because Salah misses a few then his bps suffer as a result. Which is a shame. But a nice home game incoming and chances a-plenty there one would have thought.

If Mane outscores him again I can see a few people switching, if it’s not happening already.

Good job done tonight by Liverpool, not the easiest of games.

        • banjomaker says:

The BPS is such a joke. Salah was far more threatening than any other Liverpool tonight. Robertson played a shite ball in and Salah got marked down for missing and Robertson got a load of points for it?!

Did Robertson lose his 2bp with that Mane goal?

Jota to Mane for the FT??

99 points this week to add to the 103 last week… Gulp! Normally by the end of the 2nd week I have made at least 3 transfers and planning my WC as reality dawns that the 200 hrs I spent on my team before the season started was time truly wasted. This year I pulled it sll together in a couple of hours. Heady heights of top 2.5k on the horizon… What to do with my FT…. Thinking B Silva to Miki??
