Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2.
If you made it from GW1 to GW2 then that probably either means you scored well in GW1 and are still full of beans having done so or that you are simply a proper FPL player and know that you will make it to GW38 regardless. Either way GW2 is upon us so let’s go see how the weekend pans out…

Arsenal’s reserve team got off to a good start with 3 points away at Newcastle and they clash in the days early game with a bouyant Burnley side who beat Southampton 3-0 in their own first game.

3pm sees us with five games but with the exception of Liverpool it’s a list of the ‘also-rans’ again. There’s definitely a pattern developing here… Villa host Bournemouth with both looking for their first win, Everton host Watford with both looking for their first win, Norwich host Newcastle with both looking for their first win, Brighton host West Ham with both looking for their first win, (oh hang on, Brighton won?!) West ham looking for their first win. Southampton host Liverpool and of course the hosts are looking for their first win. They’ll still be looking next week too.

The evening game is argueably the first big clash of the titans this season as Man City host Spurs.

Sunday sees Sheffield United and Palace get us going at 2pm, with both teams looking for their first win. That is followed at 4.30pm by Chelsea and Leicester, with… yeah, you guessed it, both teams looking for their first win!

We go to Monday this time too as Wolves host Man United in a mouth watering clash.

The games in full…

Considering getting KDB and Ceballos for the same two most are however is it a potential problem not having rashford or Martial in trying to get a city double etc.

    Hi Guys,
Worth a 4ph to bring in Kane for Vardy? I don’t even fancy LEI scoring against SHU. Would get Wan for Robertson (not much trust in LIV defense for next few weeks). Or any other advice?
    Cheers and thanks

King or Wilson -> Pukki? The latter gives me more funds, but the former gives me spot kicks… :help:

I’m not sure what to do with my team right now. Barkley is obviously first candidate for selling. Perez also didn’t show anything yet. Zilchenko is not nailed I think.
    Does anyone have some idea?

Could do with some wisdom from the seasoned pros. Thinking Robertson and Fraser to Maitland-niles and kdb. Do mmm t know what’s best

    Hey guys

    Need your help,
trying not wc or take hits too early, but need to shake things up quickly,
Had a great gwk1 but with 39 points this week I’m starting to panic…!
    Barkley has to go…today!
Got 2 ft so how’s this sound,
    Barkley to Cellabos
Which allows me to do King to The Red Hot Pukki !!!
Also picked the wrong 4m defender as Rico looks dropped but that one can wait.

I’m in the same boat with Rico, but he can be quietly shifted to last on the bench.

The Ceballos move will be good for TV, though in the short term his fixtures are not great.

Similarly Pukki. Again, I can see the point of getting him in for TV but Norwich’s fixtures are not great.

I may be inclined to wait until you hear about Digne, especially as Everton KO next Friday.

39 points sounds good to me.
