Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 21

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 21. If you made it this far without missing a deadline give yourself a pat on the back. And if you think you’re tired just imagine how the players are feeling! This is the last GW in the marathon Christmas period though, so you them and us all can breathe a sigh of relief and take a break for a week or so to recover.

New Year’s Day itself has a disappointingly low number of fixtures with just three games this year, for some bizarre reason. Everton and Leicester kick us off at lunchtime before Arsenal and Fulham play the solitary ‘traditional’ 3pm game on their lonesome. Cardiff and Spurs bring up the rear at 5.30pm.

We then skip to Wednesday evening for the bulk of this week’s action with 6 games in total. The remaining one is on Thursday night and should in theory be the game of the week, if not the whole Christmas period, or indeed the season. If only they all had any legs left… Oh, it’s Man City vs Liverpool by the way. Cracking time to play what may be a season decider that isn’t it?!

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 21 from all at FF247!

Clyne going on loan to Bournemouth, according to James Pearce (Liverpool Echo)!

I’ve had a pretty horrible GW. A lot in my mini league had a great week. Moves I’m looking at
    Doherty to TAA tonight
These two later for a -4 Barnes and Sane in for Martial and Jimenez

      Zed Leppelin says:

I’m looking to ship out Martial too, he seems to be the least enthusiastic of the United attackers to celebrate others’ goals and so on, plus he’s subbed off, no doubt he’ll start on the bench soon with Lukaku/Sanchez back in the fold! Doherty to TAA for a hit seems a bit excessive though?

      Zed Leppelin says:

Ah you looking TAA because of Clyne’s loan move?

Solanke to Bournemouth seems to be a done deal, is there any fantasy relevance to that?

    Otieno says:

Yes I can and probably will do that. But like Hazard last week, she may find a better pick between Haz, Kane, Salah, Arnie, Pog than I would choose anyway.

I’ll not have any internet but should get texts every couple of days so if anyone breaks a leg we can address it.

Anyway I’m playing this for fun not too seriously so it’s going to be interesting

    Zed Leppelin says:

Thoughts on Rashford? Is he still a good pick or is it too late for the party? Lukaku doing well, Sanchez back, surely there’ll be rotation?

Any super early thoughts on my team guys?

I’ve been in free fall down from 150k to 450k in recent weeks so looking to stop the rot but can’t work out where to go.

Think I’ll have to downgrade Alonso or Auba to free up some cash?

Only 1 Ft and 0.2m for now though…
