Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 21. Much like Boxing Day we have 9 games on New Years Day, again with the potential to watch 4 on the bounce. This really hasn’t been a great one for family unity has it?! Screw it, the damage is probably already done by now…
Brighton and Chelsea along with Burnley and Villa kick us off at 12.30pm. We then have 3 games at 3pm, followed by another 3 at 5.30pm before Arsenal and Man Utd finish us off at 8pm.
The whole show comes to a conclusion on Thursday with just the one game as Liverpool welcome Sheffield United to Anfield.

Nice timing. He was due to leave my team regardless. DCL is coming in to free up some cash ready for TAA the following week. Let’s just hope there are no other issues after the Cup games.
I know we are some way off the next gameweek, but am prepping early.

Would like Aguero for some reason, but Pep rotation is scaring me (seeing as he didnt play the last game, and Jesus scoring 2), plus to get him in, I would either have to lose Grealish, KdB, or Vardy.

I was just browsing at the top 10 FPL teams. Only two of them have Salah, seven with only Mane and one with neither but 2 pool defenders. Only 3 have three pool players and they stand at numbers 2, 8 and 10.
The interesting fact is that all 10 have Ings for a very long time. Maybe he was the one who kept their high OR :scratch_one-s_head:

Yep, that was about the perfect time to get him. Although he scored in three consecutive games 7/8/9 the following two were blank. Since then he’s missed to score only in two of which in one of the games he came in a sub for 21 minutes.

What would be your advice with this bunch? 1FT 0.3itb. I don’t mind taking a -4 or even -8 because I’m going to be away from city for the next 3gw and there will be no internet so team has to be good until Feb

Change captain and vice away from Vardy incase he isn’t back.
Doucoure is a good shout. That would give me enough money to do Manqui to Robbo for -4
I have 2 FT and Kane is going to start dropping in price really really soon so I am going to drop him now and save the other FT for after the Cup matches. So Kane to Auba, Rashford, Ings or perhaps Firmino to setup for the DGW24? What say ye?

I have decided to go with Firmino. Reasons are price, leaves some money to spend elsewhere, upcoming fixtures after the next 2 game weeks are stellar and a bonus early DGW.
I see some insane scores here for this week, I don’t know how you all did that…
Mine is 40, GW rank 5.5M, overall rank back to around the 500k mark…
This season is horrid.
I think a lot of us went for Vardy as capo and fluked Salah or others as bc otherwise we could well be joining you in the <40 group
