Well ok, we say big, these things do tend to get get blown out of all proportion. Add to that trying to second guess which, if any, Man City players get a third game in 8 days and you have to begin to wonder whether it was worth any thought in the first place…
There’s a lot of football to be played before we even begin to think of that ‘extra’ game though and we begin on Saturday with Spurs hosting the newly crowned ‘Champions Of The World’ Newcastle. Or you’d have thought so anyway, if anyone saw their fans on Tuesday night. Bless them, the bare bellied lovable neanderthals.
The rest of Saturday looks fairly unenticing if we are being perfectly honest with you, as other than Chelsea most of the big boys play on Sunday or Monday. And we can only assume the Saturday evening game between Cardiff and Bournemouth is a contractual obligation, at the pain of death.
Leicester host Man United on Sunday in the early one before the main attraction of the weekend which is Arsenal vs Man City at 4.30pm.
Liverpool will look to hammer more nails in Pep’s coffin on Monday as they visit West Ham, before the week finally plays out on Wednesday with that hallowed ‘extra’ game, which sees Everton trying to repair the damage by lying down for Man City, legs akimbo; ‘come on big boy, you need three points and some goals yeah, take them…’

Very good defensive coach,safety first.Probably had to have the team play like that to prevent getting battered every week.Severly let down in the transfer market especially last summer.Who ever was responsible for transfers took the team 2 steps backwards !

losing 7 points in stoppage time for the second time this year. Heartbreak!
FFS, I’m just about done with this game for this season, absolute horrendous yet again. Gone from 70 pts in front in my league to 100pts behind. Held Hazard and Richarlison through all the shite, drop hazard and he scores twice, dropped Luiz a few weeks back and he hasn’t stopped scoring points. Got about 15 points atm, most of my league have about 40/50.
I will be lucky to finish in the top 1m at this rate. Might just rage transfer in a bunch of differentials and see what happens.
Staying patient and not using hits etc has been the worst thing I’ve done all season, should have just went hit crazy, can’t be much worse than this.
I hear you mate, exactly same for me, this season and last season seems like nothing works… Last season with Christensen and Mahrez when he wanted to force a move late January…. This season again nothing works… The proof is in the pudding too, my worst OR rank in my FPL history was last season, and this season is getting even worse…
Thinking of tripling up on a defence maybe, a gamble like that is the only way I’m going to claw anything back at this stage.

Same mate, ditched Haz for him very close to deadline. It was a defensive move with regards to my ML, looking bad now but could be ok come Wednesday, it’s gonna be a long week!!
Sold Hazard for Son. I ain’t even unhappy. Did it to free up cash for Sane… so… plus Hazard won’t play gw27…. happy with the Son haul. Hehe.

Its always the way,i knew Hazard would get something the minute i took him out.This dgw has been a big inconvenience ! Unless Aguero gets 2 hatties of course !
