Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30. We are back with a full and normal game-week, at least in terms of one that begins on a Saturday and has no more or less than all 10 teams featuring in it, don’t get used to it though; it’s one of the few remaining ones that will.

Palace and Brighton kick us off at Saturday lunchtime this week, with both pretending that one more win will see them safe. There are then five 3pm games; West Ham go to Cardiff with goals on their mind, as most teams do when visiting The Bluebirds these days, Bournemouth will do likewise at Huddersfield, Leicester will do likewise at home to Fulham and Spurs will do likewise away at Southampton. The outlier will probably be Newcastle and Everton. Stick an accumulator on with 4 obvious victories and a 0-0 in the latter and thank us later.

You won’t get long odds on it but you could easily include a Man City victory over Watford in the late game as a sure fire odds booster.

Liverpool will probably be looking to play catch up in the early game on Sunday at home to Burnley. Chelsea then face Wolves at 2pm before Arsenal and Man United see the GW out at 4.30pm in the chase for the 4th place trophy.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 30 from all at FF247!

Evening guys sorry not been around much lately but work and a general laziness towards my team has left me a bit out of touch with all things fpl.
Been reading the articles tho which brings me too my team and chip strategy.
Due to being too lazy to work my own I’ve adopted the site team strategy of..
    FH 32
    WC 34
    BB 35
    TC 36
Need your expert advice for 31 / 33
    Got 5 for 31 and 6 for 33 (I think) not counting (Puncheon..don’t ask.)
So with 1 ft and zero bank I’m looking at doing for -4 hit.
    Son to Haz
    Aguero to Vardy
Also not got a Gk for blanks so maybe -8 to bring in Boruc for Hammer?
    Am I missing anything ?

Maybe just do the Hazard and Vardy moves for now.

Then make another two moves for 33.

Hopefully given your comments above you’re not reading this in GW36 or whenever you next decide to tune in.

Though if you do tune in in week 36 you’ll probably find your side as is would have done better.

      • Bigpopz says:

        Haha
        Thx Kralin
Luv this site and feel guilty for not being around the boards much lately.
        appreciate ur feedback
How’s ur team / strategy looking?

        • Kralin says:

The team is in fine fettle and gained a morale-boosting green arrow into the top 10k (just) after three piss-poor weeks had seen me plummeting down the OR.

The strategy is exactly as yours.

Just deciding on Wilson or Higuaín for next week (alongside Hazard in for Sterling).

I’ll have 9 players for 31, though one of them is Billing.

        • Bigpopz says:

Green arrows forgot what they look like with just 1 in the last 5 lol
No luv for Vardy? Unless he’s in already.
Like the Higuain pick but Wilson has burnt me too many times before so not a fan tbh.

        • Kralin says:

          He’s in already, thank goodness.

The green arrows will soon appear again for you, I’m sure, though I’m equally sure you’ll be the first to admit that it’s entirely self-inflicted.

I would get Firmino but for owning three Liverpool players already.

I try not to allow previous burnings mess with my mind too much. At this stage haven’t the foggiest who it will be. If only Jiminez were playing.

        • Bigpopz says:

Yea gotta admit it, those red arrows should have been avoided.
Gotta a healthy 100+ lead in my work mini league so been a bit laid back with hits and stupid punts.
          Back to business now tho.
Wish I could fit Mane / Firmino in too.
          Luvin owning Jimenez
been my Best Buy this season.

Evening all! I’ve had a rubbish time of late! Was close to 100 ahead in my ML and now sitting nearly 60 behind! I do have all my chips and the WC compared to his TC though so hoping to claw some points back over the next few weeks!

Would Rashford, Jiminez and Pogba to Vardy, Wilson and Richarlison be a good move for a -4? Or Rashford, Aguero, Pogba to Vardy, Wilson and Mane? Playing FH in 32.

Hey guys. When shall be the DGW games announced? All my plannings depend on it as I don’t have WC to spare

    Hi good folks,

Really enjoy reading the advice and banter of this community.

I’m in a dilemma on what to do for this blank GW 31 and 33.

My chip strategy would be FH32, WC34, BB 35 and TC 36-38.

    So for BGW 31/33
I’m thinking Shaw to Michael Keane; Pogba to Hazard; Rashford to Wilson. That would be a -8.

I’m not sure about Shaw to Keane but that’s the only way I can afford hazard.

Any other ideas good folks? Currently third in my ML and about 50 points away from leader. And currently about 290k But looking to end within 100k if possible.

Some alternative ideas would be welcome too!

    Thanks!

      Kralin says:

Rice may be a better bet than Keane, certainly for 31, though 33 is a bit rougher for WHU.

Ake or Smith of Bournemouth may be better bets over the two legs. Or one of the Leicester defenders.

Seen as -8 over two GW your moves seem ok to me. There’s no way round those hits.

I think the players you speak of getting in – Hazard and Wilson, with an enabler thrown in – are very good ones to have.

    Mr Go says:

Is it worth having Higuain and Hazard for this week? If not then which one is more essential?

HL, if you’re there. How did you do this week mate? Only know you who’s in the same boat as me with no WC left.
