Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30. We are back with a full and normal game-week, at least in terms of one that begins on a Saturday and has no more or less than all 10 teams featuring in it, don’t get used to it though; it’s one of the few remaining ones that will.

Palace and Brighton kick us off at Saturday lunchtime this week, with both pretending that one more win will see them safe. There are then five 3pm games; West Ham go to Cardiff with goals on their mind, as most teams do when visiting The Bluebirds these days, Bournemouth will do likewise at Huddersfield, Leicester will do likewise at home to Fulham and Spurs will do likewise away at Southampton. The outlier will probably be Newcastle and Everton. Stick an accumulator on with 4 obvious victories and a 0-0 in the latter and thank us later.

You won’t get long odds on it but you could easily include a Man City victory over Watford in the late game as a sure fire odds booster.

Liverpool will probably be looking to play catch up in the early game on Sunday at home to Burnley. Chelsea then face Wolves at 2pm before Arsenal and Man United see the GW out at 4.30pm in the chase for the 4th place trophy.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Really disapointed in my season this year. I was like 60 ahead of 2nd in my ML going into Xmas and have somehow dropped to 3rd and now 60 behind. Really need to plan the end to this season carefully to try and make up groud. With that said, here’s my plan for the next few weeks and my reasoning.

Any thoughts woulld be great smile

= 31 FH – I only had 4 to play in 31 and 1 FT so something has to be done
= 32 TC – Want to play TC in a DGW and 32 has Man U with 2 fairy nice fixtures and the possibility of Man City vs 2 great fixtures.
= 33/34 WC – WC to prepare for BB in DGW 35. Depending on how fixtues fall will depend how many I have playing in 33. If it’s ok I’ll WC 34, but if not I’ll WC 33 and prep carefully with an additional FT and maybe a small hit to ensure 15 DGW players.
    = 35 BB

Below is my FH team for this GW. Any thoughts?

    Terrible weekend!

It’s always fun when two players on your bench outscores seven of your playing ones…

Cookie/ Other champs. Here’s my current team mate. Only have 5 players with one being Arnie. So, even if I take a hit or two, I’ll only be able to play 6-7 players this week. The fixtures don’t warrant that big a hit as no scoring teams are playing except Pool and may be Chelsea.
Also, attaching alongwith is a rough ezcel for my future plans. I think I’ll anyways have to sacrifice either one of the BGWs. Plan is to have 10-11 of DGWers for GW35. As mentioned before, Pool and Chelsea play Cardiff and Burnley respectively.
    Any suggestions?

Guys I’m thinking of doing the following for a -8 (with the -2 theory it would be -4): Pogba and Milijovic to Mane and Snodgrass, I’d have 10 players then for Gw31.
    Any views welcome:
    Fabianski(p) Boruc(p)
    TAA(p) Shaw Rice(p) Bennett Bednarek
    Salah(p) Hazard(p) Milijovic Pogba Westwood(p)
    Higuain(p) Aguero Wilson(p)
    (p): playing in 31.
    Thanks guys.

Can anyone help me out with this motley crew please? At my wit’s end and stultified by recent poor performances – unable to see clearly. For a few game weeks, I had what I thought to be the perfect team – but then sold Firmino for Jimi – then Vardy, but all others yielding points rather than contributing!
Have 6 players for next week, but was thinking of doing hits (2 FT + 3 hits) to get a decent team, but then realized that if I offload good players (esp MUN ones), then it’s even more expensive to get them back in! (Was eyeing off Fraser, Luiz, Hazard/Mané, Higuain/Firmino, Snodgrass & even sneaking in Sterling for in 2 GW’s time, but then it’s way too early in the week to do that!)
Had planned to do FH – GW 32; then WC GW33, then play it by ear, but it does seem rather confusing!
Am on my lunch break and afraid that even doing this screenshot is giving me indigestion!

Bye for now – hope all this makes sense! smile
