Good evening, all. And what an exceptionally good evening it is, too!
Yep, I’ve just come on here to gloat. Gerry D. may have only scored 3 points for my Free Hit team in GW32, but he more than made up for that by destroying Wolves today. Commiserations, Wolves fans. Amazing game.
(Oh, and also my fantasy team are doing pretty well this GW. Not that it means as much to me as getting to the cup final.)
    That’s all.

Hey guys. Adding to my Hits galore, have taken another -4 this week. Hazard+Alonso out for Son+Duffy. Duffy shall play both the doubles obviously. Thinking of taking another hit for Hayden to Eriksen. What say?
Any more suggestions on DGW35? Planning not to play BB. But, double Pool against Cardiff can benefit me as well.

Given the volume of European football this week I’d say: hold your horses. OK if on a wildcard but I’d hang on otherwise: those hits could spiral out of control.

The Spurs’ press conference is crucial this week, given that the Huddersfield game is a golden opportunity to rest players.

Need a bazillion points from Hazard today or this is the worst gameweek of the season, and maybe ever…

    Right now on 22 -4…

    The horror…. the horror….

A bit of ARS have no money:
Ozil – 350/wk —— 1.5 times more than KDB, Kun, Salah and others
    Auba – 200/wk
Mkhi – 180/wk —— more than Dilva, Bilva
Kola – 120/wk —— equal to Laporte, more than Mendy, Walker, Bellerin
    Ramsey – 110/wk
    Bellerin – 100/wk
    Czech – 100/wk —— why???

    Kun – 230/wk
    KDB – 230/wk
    Sterling – 229/wk
    Dilva – 160/wk
    Bilva – 120/wk
    Sane – 60/wk
    Laport – 120/wk
    Walker – 110/wk
    Mendy – 100/wk
    Ederson – 100/wk

    Salah – 200/wk
    VVD – 180/wk
    Firmino – 100/wk
    Mane – 90/wk
    Alisson – 77/wk
    Robo – 50/wk

    The wildcarding continues again…. again….

Pogba got double in 35, huddersfield and Cardiff left to play so i think i’ll keep him…

    Looks ok? BB in 35…

That will be a great side once you get rid of Kolasinac!

      • AllanBrallan says:

I was planning to have 3 arsenal players at first, then 2, and now it’s kolas turn…

Who would you replace him with? And if it a cheaper player, where would you spend the extra cash? (Not really a Brighton fan, at least not after ge34 and this team is for the rest of the season, with a few changes of course. Some pool in 36 for example….)

        • Brookyboy says:

Duffy seems an obvious replacement for Kola. Not sure about Cathcart as rotation in Watfords backline is rife ! Rest looks good though Pogba role more withdrawn now so i’d swap him out.

        • AllanBrallan says:

          Like this?Too many wolves?

Too much cash on defenders maybe, but its not many midfielders out there with double gameweeks that’s worth having…

        • Brookyboy says:

Do you think Trippier starts both games ? Vert or Alder maybe safer ? I’d still want Duffy in there for their dgw in gw34.

        • AllanBrallan says:

Now it’s too Brighton in there that i don’t really want, but I managed to squeeze Mané in instead so that makes it alright I guess. Really happy with forwards and midfielders. Can’t be all perfect right? How does this look?

    Zed Leppelin says:

Currently have both Aguero and Sterling in my WC draft but the things I can do with money saved by downgrading on of them makes me feel I really want to downgrade one of them… The question is, which one? Is Sterling going to play more than Aguero in the fixture congestion? Aguero going for the golden boot? One part of me thinks they are quite similar options, there’s potential for hauls by both if they start, but they both do face similar rotation threat, if I don’t have the one, might be sensible to not have the other as well? What do you think? Would another City asset be sensible? KDB? If he’s not 100% yet, as he probably isn’t, does it mean KDB sits out the CL fixtures meaning he would start in the prem? smile

      man u man says:

Very hard to know what Pep is going to do with his team selection, I’m tempted to swap Sterling for Sane even, but nobody knows for sure.
What are the best alternatives for Kolasinac? Not sure if it’s a good idea to have him now.

      • Zed Leppelin says:

I don’t want Kola either, TAA/Doherty better options, I’m tempted by Ederson over Aguero/Sterling too at least he’s nailed!

        • man u man says:

Not sure I’d lose kun or sterling to be honest, with their potential.

        • Zed Leppelin says:

City’s double in GW25 is Spurs and United, not the easiest of fixtures and United will be determined to put up a fight like last year! Spurs as well! Then there’s CL, Aguero and Sterling might not play both, could be a decent strategy to go without as it allows two things:

          1) A lot better and more balanced BB for GW35 and as we saw in the DGW32 many cheaper players delivered very well
          2) Easy to accommodate both Mane and Salah for GW35 for Cardiff, which should be a goalfest, and also for GW36 for Hudds, I prefer Mane and Salah to Sterling for instance cause it’s a great fixture for them and Sterling might just have a normal single Gameweek like Mane and Salah as well

        • Zed Leppelin says:

          *GW35 smile
