Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 38. So here we are, at the final fence and whether you’re leading out front, chasing in the pack or fell a while ago, its a day to enjoy. For it brings a Sunday afternoon deadline, all matches start at the same time and anything can and generally does happen in GW38.
There is still the matter of the top spot to sort out – a win for City at Brighton will confirm another title for Pep, while Liverpool will need to beat Wolves and hope for a miracle from Duffy, Dunk et al.
Spurs need a point at home to Everton to guarantee their CL spot – only a big loss and a commanding win for Arsenal would see a reversal of fortunes for the North London pair.
Chelsea may have one eye on the Europa Final as they travel to Leicester while Watford will surely be fully focused on next weekend’s FA Cup as they host the Hammers.
The relegated teams of Fulham, Cardiff and Huddersfield will hope for one last hurrah as they take on Newcastle, Man Utd and Southampton respectively, while many a FPL manager will be hoping for a goal fest as Palace host Bournemouth.

Thanks all for the season, in particular all those who contributed to the site with articles or other behind the scenes stuff. Sorry for the disappearing act in the last month or so, hopefully back strong next season.
We should be thanking you Mito, not the other way around. You’re the one who’s been missed out really. Most others have had an article towards the end of the season and therefore had the light shon on them but you haven’t.
You’re like our dirty little secret at times. You do a terrific amount of work for us that is untold due to its hidden nature. People see the result of it every day but don’t know how or why it got there. I do. And trust me I appreciate it all. Thanks mate, hope to see you back in full action again soon.
You’ve been missed Mito! What do you mean next season? There’s the U20 WC, the League of Nations final four and the Norwegian fantasy league to contend with! And MLS apparently!

Finished on 2371 points, not sure where that it in terms of overall ranking.
Went into GW38 at 4th place in my ML, took a calculated risk and captained Redmond today, and came out…………in 4th place.
Won it last season but some real tough opposition this time!

Finished on 2nd place on 2304 points, with tie in my ML, lost as I had 10 more tfansfers than him

Evening all,
Just while most are still here before sloping off for a well-earned summer break, I just want to thank you all for your contributions to the site this season – whether it be as a writer, a reader, a commenter, RMTer or lurker, you’re all part of the best FPL community and you all make FF247 what it is.
We hope you’ve enjoyed the season however it turned out.
Particular mention to the FFF crew who came over during the season – as Init and others have already said, you have been a breath of fresh air and we’re glad you’re here.
I could go on but I have a diary to write!
Hang around if you can as we have some end of season articles to come and they’ll always be something to get your Fantasy teeth into over the summer if you feel inclined.

Thanks for making us FFFers feel like at home from day one! It really says a lot that pretty much all of us who came here in the early stages of the season stayed until the end! And will no doubt be here next season as well, we’re no longer FFFers, we’re FF247ers now

So after all is said and done I got 75 points this game week. Finished on 2413 points for an overall ranking of 4742 and I won my cash mini league.
I’ve had a fantastic season. Built on consistent captain picks and a very successful 1st wildcard in game week 13 where I transferred in Kane, sane and decided to keep Salah.
Many many thanks to anyone who assisted in my decision making.
Well done, Ci – great work! I finished 137,486th – a mixed bag of a season but it’s been great fun (and interestingly scored the same points today as I scored in GW1: 65).
Fabulous rank and never a bad thing to have an internal lessons learnt.
I fluked some very handy points off the bench this season – Mitrovic very notably – but stuck by certain players for far too long.
