Who are you? Who are you? Fantasy manager profiles Part 13
Here at FF247 towers we’ve often wondered what driving forces hide behind a comment or a rate my team reply, do we really know the mindset and the persona of the people we are conversing with?! To find the answers to these questions we have lured some regulars from out of their caves and got them to endure a simple Q&A session.
Hopefully this will help us to uncover whether each member can be viewed as a ‘fellow sports enthusiast’, ‘colleague’, ‘fantasy friend’, ‘internet troll’ or indeed ‘sociopath’! Let’s take a look inside the minds of our latest two ‘victims’ then and see whether, hiding behind the cute monkey gravatars, lurks a sadistic, megalomaniacal, psychotic keyboard warrior. Or just a normal guy or gal who likes to play fantasy football…
We will add a disclaimer here – we have resolved to not edit what is sent in at all. What you see is what you (we) get. FPL ranks were correct at the time of sending as well so may be much worse by now! Or better…
Next up to the examination table are Chopper2540 and Kop Warrior.

Many thanks to both Chopper and Kop Warrior for being so candid! We hope you know your two fellow ‘fantasy friends’ a little better now.
If you feel that you would like to expose your inner self then please feel free to mail us at contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk and we shall have peakydave interrogate you! If you have already submitted one, which many have, we are publishing them in the order received and hopefully yours will be along soon.
For this GW, which combo do you prefer to start?
1. Adrian (liv) + Jones (LEI)
2. DDG (LEI) + Wisdom (TOT)
2
Thanks. Was thinking the same.
3. DDG & Jones
Lol. Have only 1FT this GW so can only bring either Jones or DDG for a 1 week punt.
B, option 1 and here’s why.
1. Likely outcome is Liverpool score so Adrian gets 1, maybe 2. But he’ll get save points too you’d think.
Jones will likely get 6 points but he could (probably won’t) but could get attacking points.
So probably 7 or 8 points plus any saves and goals/assists.
2. DDG likely to score 6 and probably no saves.
Wisdom likely to concede so maybe 1/2 points but also very unlikely to get attacking points as Pulis barely let Berahino out of his own half never mind Wisdom the other night.
So probably 7 or 8 in total there too but with little prospect of anything beyond that.
That’s all unless you fancy Spurs won’t score in which case option 2
Hey init. I’m not at all confident that Spurs will score against WBA. I’m seeing a 1-0 win fr the Baggies.
They’d have to come out of their own half for that 😉 Let’s split the difference then. 0-0.
0-0? I can live that. So, proceed with the benching of Kane then? 😉
I don’t know, you’re the one who said they wouldn’t score!
Indeed. I might go for it.
Wow. Brilliant forecasts initt. Have to think some more now!
Sorry B might have got my sums wrong there still worth looking @ & down grading Ivan
Haha, great interviews Chopper and Kop! Really enjoyed reading those, thank you.
Kop, have you ever heard of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival? I’m heading there with the wife in April, it’ll be my second time going and her first. Tons of amazing bands/music every year. Sadly no Fleetwood Mac this time, I would love to see them live. Excited to see The Who though!

Is Luis a permanent feature in the Chelsea back four now or would you expect Mou to select his beloved Azpi once fit?
It will take a lot for Jose to permanently drop Azpilicueta, in my opinion.
Agreed. 5.3m into the Chelsea back line
Offers an attacking threat too!
Yeah he would be a great bargain purchase. Azpilicueta is just too solid though. Superb defender.
Yep! Luis would perfect my wc team if he was nailed on though haha.
Come up with this…thoughts?
The question marks are which two to play if I went with it…
The scribbles are bench players for this GW.
Hope that is clear!
Thanks, the WC is stressful business haha.
Nice scribbles AT! We should have more ‘team art’ really.
Anyway, looking good that team so far. Really touch one on the ???. I think on basis of the strength of the opposition and their respective away records you’d have to play Jones and Bellerin really even though Bertrand has the highest assist potential. Although I believe that Jones inexplicably took a corner or two last week!
*tough
Haha cheers Init
I wanted Terry too but it’s so tricky to accommodate him and the big hitters in the midfield and attack.
Does anyone know any good websites for transfer news? Ideally a list of INs,OUTs, rumours by club.
