Well, well, well – 82 points scored in GW1 with 37 of those points coming from our 3 playing defenders. Robertson, Shaw and Mendy all performed heroically with bonus points flying all over the place! Richarlison’s brace was also most welcome while Salah chipped in with his customary goal. Firmino provided an assist but with Liverpool scoring four we may have expected more. The rest of our number were 2pt bums, while like many other managers, we left Wan-Bissaka’s 12 points on the bench.
Overall we are delighted with the start, overall rank means nothing at this stage.

Last Week’s Result

What have we done this week?

Like many of you we have decided to sit on our hands this week and roll our transfer over. To be honest this was always the plan and it would have taken a significant injury to one of our players to have forced us into the transfer market. Thankfully we didn’t own KDB! Two transfers next week coupled with the 0.5mln we have stashed in the bank should give us an element of flexibility. We will be paying close attention to both Cairney and King this weekend as neither impressed in GW1.

The Team In Full…

Captain – Sergio Aguero
Unlike last week we were actually forced to take a vote this week. As you can see Aguero came out on top but only just. He carried the vote three votes to two over Mo Salah. Of course there is the chance that Pep will start Jesus over Kun but we believe that to be unlikely and a home game against Huddersfield is too good an opportunity to turn down.

  1. Hi guys!

What you think ? Wanna roll on ft

So Peltier for Van A or leave as is ??

    Cheers

  2. Hey All.

Current team below. Should I go bring in peltier to replace lowton? Also any transfers I should bring in this week or roll it to next week?

    • here

      • Save and roll.

      • Hi, eresh. Why are you considering switching Lowton? Great fixture for a great defensive side. Nice team. I’d be slightly wary of Iheanacho and how he fits into Leicester’s system, so rolling the transfer is probably my advice – see how that plays out!

        • Hi AT.

Guess i got both Foster and Lowton (watford and burnley who play this weekend) so thought maybe bring in Peltier. I would leave the squad as is. Not sure on iheanacho myself but probably will give 1 more GW.

How’s your team looking so far? rolling over or making changes?

        • Rolling, I think. Meh, Burnley drew 0-0 last week!

        • nice one AT. Captain kun or salah or mane?

        • Eresh, I’m going for Kun, although I can see the arguments for Salah/Mane. I know I’d be so annoyed to see Kun starting if I had been talked out of it by some fear-mongering, so I’m sticking with that.

  3. Are my subs in the right order?

    • bring in wan bissaka to first, pelter to 2nd, stephens 3rd

    • I would say so, think peltier has a better cleano chance than Wan Bis

    • Not much between 2 and 3 but definitely right to have Peltier first.

    • Peltier/WB/Stephens for me, but there’s not much in it and your starting 11 will most likely play anyway so no one comes off the bench!

    • Cheers guys.

  4. Afternoon all,

Unfortunately i have to make a choice out of 1 of these 3 to be in my 1st XI this week.

    Cairney, Joselu or Peltier.

Which one do you think would be best?

Currently on cairney, but away to spurs is a tricky one & Joselu is a rotation worry, so could peltier be a better choice in the hope he gets a CS

    Cheers

    • Either Cairney or Peltier could work.

I’d always go for the attacker, he has all game to do something whereas one defensive mistake could cost Peltier a good score.

    • I’m tempted by Peltier tbh. Cardiff were pretty solid at home in champ

  5. Hi all, could i have thoughts on this weeks line up? Still have my FT and 0.5 itb!

    • Pretty similar to mine below Macca. Think we are good to go

  6. Is my starting 11 ready?

    Rolling the transfer

    Cheers

    • Go to go and definitely save your FT.
