Welcome to FF247 Fantasy Football Site Team GW38. Our GW37 was slightly better than average, but only slightly as we scored 52pts vs an average of 48. However we consolidated our position in the top 10k with a small green arrow to our new rank of 6,152, which is a season best. Top 5k is our aim then, our previous best being 5,921.
Like many last week our highest scorers were in defence with TAA & Doherty posting double digit returns. Goals from Salah & Zaha were gratefully received and saved us from a shocker of a week. Our captain (Aguero) did bugger all. But he was in good c(K)ompany…
With the final week upon us and just the one free transfer in hand and £0.2m in the bank, let’s see what magic the committee has conjured up as we seek to finish on a high note.

Our Transfer decision for GW38
We found ourselves ‘chock-full’ of Wolves assets this week and so one of those was always inevitably going to be a prime target for the chopping block. Given as our other four midfielders look hot to trot then Jota got a last minute reprieve and can adorn our bench for the final game, hopefully looking on in awe at the rest. His team-mate Jimenez wasn’t so lucky as there are a myriad of forward options this week in his price bracket, and every single one has a better fixture; although that’s not exactly difficult.
And we considered them all! Predominantly though Wilson and Arnie came to the fore. A lack of trust in West Ham and a general sense that the Palace v Bournemouth game could be one of those GW38 free for all’s lead us to Wilson once more.
To confirm then; we have SOLD JIMENEZ & BOUGHT WILSON
Our Captain for GW38 is Sergio Aguero
Kun took 100% of the votes here. Weaker opposition with zero to play for rather than Salah and co. vs Wolves who do like an upset and still have scores to settle would probably have to be the explanation for this.
For what it’s worth Zaha, Mane and Salah all got equal vice captain votes. Salah only won that by virtue of writer’s privilege!

I’d just like so say thank you to the site team and all of the hard work and very crucial information they have provided over the seasons. Helped me out massively and I’m sure helps out everyone else. Also thanks to all the f247 user who have helped me or given advice too in advising teams.
I am awake and still deciding my transfers for today and even captain Pick. Rival has use his 1ft I have 2 ft to make. I am joint top tied and worry that I’m going to mess this up.

Depends if you are chasing or ahead. I’ve got to say Vardy and Fraser for Jimenez and Son. Kompany and Wilson sound decent moves though

I do like these moves init only concern is he has 2 Liverpool defenders and I’m looking light at the back. Only have 1 liv defender and Doherty and bednarek. We thinking attacking today I guess. Kompany would be a shoe in 6 points I would hope thou hmmmm. Do I cap aguero play it safe I feel he will cap sterling
Take Kompany then? I’d cap Salah myself in your shoes but who knows!
Jumpers – how much money do you have? Can you get Sterling for Son and a bench forward for Jimenez and either play Jota or Kiko?
Can’t afford sterling Dmc 0.3itb. If I did son to sterling I’m short 2 odd mill and can’t even take jimi out for a 4.0 striker lol.

Jumpers, I’d look at a Son replacement as a priority… Fraser seems the most reliable out of all of them. Pogba is too hot and cold (even though I do have him) and B Silva the same. Doherty out for a Man City def.

Morning everyone, had a busy and on the move week so haven’t thought about my moves more than what I had beginning of the GW. Anyone available for a final day RMT?
Would you:
1 – Buy Tielemans and Wilson for Jota and Jiménez and bench one from Pereyra/Moura
2 – Buy Vardy and a 4.2 mid fodder (McTominay) and bench the later playing Pereyra and Moura
3 – Buy Pogba and a 4.6 fwd fodder and bench the later and go 3-5-2
