FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups GW22
Template-ish
We held our transfer last week in anticipation of the forthcoming DGWs, but we were also conscious that our team looked in good shape, albeit template-ish. As it was we ended up scoring 78, which was 13 above the average, but it felt like an average week all around. Apart from Haaland, but that all depended on whether you stuck the armband on him or not. We did. Despite one vote against doing so… Naming no names, of course, but let’s just say that fortunately the reasoning presented was in a very broad Scottish accent, so we just nodded along and pretended we didn’t really understand him, as per.
As for the rest, it was all also said template-ish as we got Tripper’s 8, Rashford’s 7 and Kane’s 6. As well as Shaw’s 0, Salah and Almiron’s 3s. You get the gist. Our 13 above the average may have been accounted for by our somewhat early, but ultimately so far fruitful attempt, at jumping on the Nketiah train. We let ourselves down though by benching Kepa’s 9 in favour of Ward’s 1, but again this will have been a trap many also fell into.
All in all we got a relatively small green arrow to shove us up a few spots to 718,086th. Hardly ideal but we shall keep plugging away!

Our GW22 Transfer(s)
When it comes to double-game weeks we’re firmly in the camp of quality over quantity. Our starting 11 as it was looked pretty strong, so whilst with 2FTs we could have taken our 2 double-game week players to 4, we’ve decided to just make the one change this week.
With Rashford and Shaw already in place, there was a Bruno Fernandes-sized hole in our 11. Following his 19pt return in GW20 he was the one player we simply had to have, and with an underperforming Mo Salah letting us down once too often, he was deemed our fall guy. The rest of our 11 picked itself so that was easy enough. With the basics covered, we took a vote on the captaincy with Rashford winning unanimously. Bruno takes the VC.
With many using their Triple Captain chip this game week, we thought it was worth considering, once again we went to a vote with a 5-1 majority in favour. Triple captain activated. How very exciting!
To confirm then we have SOLD Mo Salah and BOUGHT Bruno Fernandes

Rash has form and fixtures, so it’s a head decision as well!
Already did KdB>Bruno. Patterson can wait I think. Maybe get rid of him at WC time, whenever I decide that is. Do you think I should bring in Nketiah with the other FT or roll it and assess that next week? Or do you see some other problem I should be aware of?
