Welcome to FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups Gameweek 31

Who else was going to carry the gameweek?

Our captain this past gameweek was the obvious choice – but sometimes obvious is the best, and the best is Erling Braut Haaland (24)

Leading from front and centre, he carried along two strikers who also landed for our team – Harry Kane (9) and Ollie Watkins (7) – as we put best foot forward with the strikers brigning in 62.5% of our teams’ overall points.

So much as to say that, in fact, only Tyrone Mings (6) (what a signing he has been for us!) and Marcus Rashford (6) brought in more than the ‘appearance money’.

A weekly total of 64 points for us then. The average was 54 so again we are the right side of the cut and we land at 123,250 for the week.

Slowly slowly catchy top-100k….

Our Gameweek 30 Result

We have £0.1mln in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of Gameweek 31. Let’s go see what was decided.

Our Gameweek 31 Transfer(s)

Thoughts inevitably are cast towards the BGW32 and the DGW34 ahead and with a Free Hit Chip to be utilised – most likely in BGW32 in all truth – we have to use our transfer wisely and bring someone in who will serve us well from now until through DGW34 and perhaps even to the end of the season.

There is a trail of thought to keep Rashford and see how he shapes up for GW34 but that’s a ways away in FPL terms. We like the look of Gabriel Martinelli again. The highest scoring midfielder in the game with 14 goals, Arsenal look really good as they close in on the title and with Gabriel Jesus to play up to, it all makes for a strong case for the Brazilian to come in. Grealish was considered but cash beat us on that one.

Martinelli will likely remain in the Free Hit GW32 anyway but grabbing him now with West Ham (having played Thursday) up next, it looks like a nice early move. We shall see.

To confirm then we have SOLD MARCUS RASHFORD and BOUGHT GABRIEL MARTINELLI

Captain – ERLING BRAUT HAALAND

No overthinking on this one.

If Pep wraps him in cotton wool ahead of the Bayern return leg, then Harry Kane at home to Bournemouth is hardly a chore.

Predicted Line-ups and FPL Team News

Rather than clutter the site up on deadline eve with too many articles we have tagged our predicted line-ups on here.

As a quick reminder –

There are two versions of this article.

The one below has a drop-down version. It’s fairly idiot proof – you simply click on the small arrow to the right of the team name and you get a drop-down list of all the teams. Simply click on the one you want to see and hey presto, etc.

The other one is permanently live and has the ‘nicer’ grid layout. If you want to see that version you can click here. This can also be easily accessed at any time via a myriad of links on our homepage – Header link, Hot Topics link, Quick Access link on mobile and it is also linked towards the end of all of our regular articles.

You can access our live feed to these here.
