FF247 FPL Team GW36

Welcome to FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups GW36

Well… thsat was pretty crap wasn’t it! We shall cut to the chase on how we fared. We scored 38 points, the average was 39. Don’t ask us how but that still translate into a green arrow to push us back up a few thousand to 189,526th. A welcome relief to arrest the slump after three consecutive reds.

As for the players Salah (10, goal), Mitoma (5, assist), Martinelli (6, assist) were the bloody highlights and got us over half of all our points. The other 8 all scored 3 or less, or blanked as we call it. We couldn’t even point to a mistake on the bench ass they all bombed too!

Our GW35 Result…

We have £0.1 in the bank and 2 free transfers to use ahead of GW36. Let’s go see what was decided….

Our GW36 Transfer(s)

Our side looks well set up this game week, I feel I say that every week, but that makes it no less true! With 2FTs we could have gone all-in on the doubles but with another double (and a better-looking one) coming next week we decided to keep our powder dry.

With Solly March’s injury, we’re down to just 3 doublers, but with decent options across our team, we made the decision to simply bench March and instead shift our focus to whom to captain. There are plenty of good single-game options this week but we feel the allure of two fixtures is just too much to overlook.

Of what we had, neither Mitoma nor the Newcastle defence seemed optimal so we made the decision to bring in a Newcastle forward. The question then was then Wilson or Isak? In the end, without too much debate we opted for the Swede. Isak seems the more likely of the two to get minutes in both fixtures and whilst he’s not as explosive as Wilson, we’re happy to ‘play it safe’. Watkins makes way and the rest of the team pretty much picks itself. Isak as planned takes the armband, with Trippier VC incase the unthinkable happens!

To confirm then we have SOLD WATKINS and BOUGHT ISAK

Captain – ISAK

Predicted Line-ups and FPL Team News

Rather than clutter the site up on deadline eve with too many articles we have tagged our predicted line-ups on here.

As a quick reminder –

There are two versions of this article.

The one below has a drop-down version. It’s fairly idiot proof – you simply click on the small arrow to the right of the team name and you get a drop-down list of all the teams. Simply click on the one you want to see and hey presto, etc.

The other one is permanently live and has the ‘nicer’ grid layout. If you want to see that version you can click here. This can also be easily accessed at any time via a myriad of links on our homepage – Header link, Hot Topics link, Quick Access link on mobile and it is also linked towards the end of all of our regular articles.

You can access our live feed to these here.

It’s very early but looking towards BB37. 2FT 0.9itb. I’m thinking Mings & Bueno to Fofana & Lindlehof for a punt. Leaves me with 11 dgw plus 3 New (v Lei) and Salah.

But the BB bench would be Steele, Willock, Lindlehof and Fofana so risky on minutes. And also Grealish. Thoughts?
