Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 8.
These GW’s get earlier and earlier. We begin this one with a 4pm deadline on Friday as Brighton and Burnley go all Box Office on us. Ever that hardy and all that… The late game is at 8pm as Southampton begin life sans Danny Ings against Newcastle.
Saturday sees the now normal succession of games beginning at 12.30pm with Everton hosting Man United and ending at about 10pm as West Ham and Fulham do battle in the late one (8pm KO). In between Palace and Leeds occupy the 3pm slot and Sheffield United go to Chelsea at 5.30pm.
It’s another marathon on Sunday as West Brom and Spurs kick us off at 12pm, Leicester host Wolves at 2pm, it’s the biggie at 4.30 pm as Pep welcomes Jurgen before Arsenal and Villa welcome in the International Break at 7.15pm.

Would you do:
– Fernandes, Watkins, Coufal IN for Son, Wilson, Saiss? (can only afford tonight)
– Saiss for e.g. Coufal
– Saiss + JRod for Coufal + Ziyech
Other thoughts more than welcome too!

Coufal is the best 4.5 to have for next 5 GWs. But I wanted money so badly, that I went Saiss to Kilman.

if Son, that would depend on what you’d do with the extra funds, i.e. what upgrade you’re looking to do elsewhere

I’d still sell him I think I don’t see loads of goals for Everton there. I’m not a massive fan of Zaha though on the whole

Castagne might be back by next week. I’d just bench Saiss for the next week. Don’t want to take a hit for a defender. For now, I’ll be content with 2 points from Podence, given he plays 60 mins atleast.
You have a fair amount of problems there which probably means you should wait. Castagme, Saiss, James, Foden, Podence and Wilson
Smash. Yeah mate. Many issues. Hope Castagne would be back after the IB. So, my def is sorted. James would be benched. I am mainly worried about Foden and Podence. Can’t see my main team players not starting. Might take a hit to sort that out.
