Grab, Avoid or Bore Off!
To help you decide or just confuse you a bit more, we have asked 3 of our writers to pass judgment on what players you would do well to pick up and what players are better left out of the fray. We hope this is a simple straightforward formula that can assist you in your decision making as we ride out this International Break. We avoided including players like Siggy, Sterling, Ramsey or Costa as there is really no point. There seems to be overwhelming consensus on these cats.
Grab – You need this player on your squad. On the Def/Keeper categories if they select Grab, they will give us a name or two from said team. For example…
Grab-De Gea
Avoid – It’s a trap don’t get suckered in.
Bore off – If you have him play him, if you don’t have him don’t bother getting him. Really not worth the extra effort.

Yeah I know, it doesn’t really help much does it! Although in some respects it does. Just goes to show that there’s no one right answer. I use some sites for certain games (MLS) where you get advice but this illustrates the issue – it’s sometimes just advice from 1 person. I’ve been suckered into that trap before. Better to get multiple views and then balance it and make your own decisions given the info I feel.

Too many Grabs here. Including as many as 9 (depending how you count them) from Kop W. That’s a lot of hits to take if you don’t use your WC!
The only definite Grab in my view is Siggy, and “most” (not literally) people already have him. Costa with a green flag is a possible Grab. And HBA is tempting at the price but it won’t go up quickly, so no rush. Er, that’s about it.
