Grab, Avoid or Bore off!
Welcome to the another instalment of Grab, Avoid or Bore off for the 2016-17 season. As most of you know, every International Break the four horsemen of the Apocalypse…actually three, since I just ask the questions, well…come to think of it, two, since Kop is on vacation. However we weren’t about to do a Bore off one short, so we looked around came up a unanimous name (I asked no one, just decided on him) to replace Kop for this edition. So welcome in replacement Amigo, Gallant Pioneer. He brings legendary knowledge, mostly in other things, but who cares, he will do. Well known for all his work on the site and in particular with the FF247 Community team. So let us get to it and see what the 2 Amigos and the friend of a friend think in this new edition of Bore Off!

To be fair Cookie, that would make a pretty kick-ass team. Budget? What budget? 😉
Looking ahead, I’m binning Aguero. As such, I have a couple of questions I hope you helpful lot can assist me with:
-Iheanacho? A good two week option? Feel like I should have City cover even w/o Aguero.
-Don’t know which way to take this:
1) Redmond and Aguero to Ozil and Costa or Barkley and Aguero to Sanchez and Lukaku. Thoughts?

Not convinced Pep will rely on Iheanacho for the derby, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Sterling, Nolito or KdB played as a false no.9.
For a 2-week option, I’d go Barkley & Kun to Sanchez & Lukaku.
Cheers Cookie! In that case then, would you suggest getting a midfielder from City or going without any cover?
AT, I guess some cover would be good vs Bourenmouth. Sterling seems to be flavour of the month.
Cheers Cookie, will have to have a think. Having Ozil over Sanchez would make things easier but not sure if downgrading to him would be worth it.
Don’t think Iheanacho will make much impact against ManU so that’s 1 match for me remaining and wouldn’t bring him for that, that’s just my opinion

I’m having an Aguero dilemma, do I wildcard, despite being pretty happy with my team?
Banjo, if you’re happy with your team there is no need to Wildcard.

No Aguero for 2 GW’s upsets me though. Especially with my poor bench.
Don’t be upset Banjo. Just sell him for 2 weeks and then buy him back.
I’ve (stupidly) already used my FT. Meaning I either take a 4 point hit, or go in to GW 4 with 1 very weak player. Then have to decide whether it’s worth swapping Aguero out for just 1 week.
I get impression you think I should suck it up and save my wildcard?
Banjo, it’s not for me to tell you whether to wildcard or not – my point is if you’re happy with your team then I don’t see the point. Playing Maloney vs Burnley may not be the worst idea, but depends if Snodgrass is fit or not.
The plan would be to ship out Aguero and Firmino (temporarily), save the GW 5 FT, and then GW 6 I’d swap Sanchez and Kane back to Aguero and Firmino.
Thoughts? Is this a waste of a wildcard? Would you do anything else with the team whilst I’m at it?
FYI I’ve already used my FT for this week.
