Grab, Avoid or Bore Off!
Welcome to another edition of Grab, Avoid or Bore Off!! It is International Break time and you know what that means. Those 3 pistoleros are called in to save us from the empty feeling that no FPL for two weeks leaves us with. So I have gathered the boys and this time we have dived into our topics with somewhat of a plan. Yes!! There was a plan on a Bore Off article, if it’s possible to live in a world where Trump can win, we can have a plan for Bore Off. We broke it down by positions and slowly but surely, tried to answer some of the questions that most concern FPL managers. Whether we answered them in a way that is helpful is a different question. 😉 So without further ado let us get to it and see if we can provide a little help, some laughs and a couple of “what an idiot” moments. Let’s Roll!!

Chelsea star Eden Hazard was pictured limping away at the end of Belgium’s 1-1 draw with the Netherlands.
The 25-year-old, who captained the national side in place of Manchester City’s Vincent Kompany, showed several glimpses of magic in the friendly match at the Amsterdam Arena.
However, there was a moment of panic for Blues supporters at the final whistle as Hazard could be seen hobbling off following a hefty challenge from a Dutch opponent.
Well, I saw this and it was just a kick. He left the field walking normally. No biggie.
I am concerned with the fact he played the full 90 minutes though.
Wasn’t expecting that in a friendly, especially with a qualification match just around the corner.
Ah well, at least he’s not travelling far away.
Yeah when I was surprised seeing him play the full 90
*Even I was
top stuff guys!
loads of thought-provoking comments.. especially on Wneger
Wenger*
News just coming in of Bellerin being out for 4 weeks, the injuries are coming in for Arsenal now.. First Sanchez now him..
Yes mate. Bellerin’s loss will be a big one for us
Thanks Jeet – Jenkinson the back up!
For 5 million definitely a bargain, but who doesn’t have an Arsenal defender by now? ??
Hey guys not heard this news is Bellerin defo out & any more news On Sanchez this is turning into nightmare
Yup definitely out Silvers, check any sports website or just google him..
Is he worth it though??
God help us!!
Mitro, question for you mate? Do you think Arsenal mid cover is necessary?
I think you need one! I’ve got wally and I intend on keeping him
Hmm that’s what I thought you might say! I have Sanchez but was thinking of swapping him to Haz but that leaves me with no Arsenal cover.
Other option I came up with is Sanchez and King to Ozil and Pedro for a -4 hit but not sure it’s worth it.
Matt – if I was in your situation I would bring in hazard if Sanchez is truly injured (the geezer would still wanna play if he had one leg), if he isn’t I wouldn’t feel comfortable telling you to do it!
Cheers Mitro. Only thing with Sanchez is the injury news is never that trustworthy when it comes to him. Think if there is solid talk of him not playing I’ll swap to Haz though.
Good stuff Guys. Interesting opinions about the cheaper third striker. Currently on Benteke and was thinking about potentially replacing him but wasn’t sure who to. They all seem to have there positives and negatives and it’s difficult picking between them.
Defoe seems consistent and nailed
And is on penalties
He’d definitely be my choice in a 433. Yes they’re struggling but when they do score there’s 90% chance it’ll be him.
Appreciate the replies lads, sorry for not responding earlier. Yeah Defoe was the most tempting but obviously his team are the only question mark over him. He does seem to have enough quality to deal with that though so I’ll look at grabbing him after the IB
Been without internet. Seeing how there are loads of injury scares with -4 and -8 squads out there is pretty funny
I’m guessing your team isn’t one of them? 😉
It’s about time people understand the risks by an early transfer
Ospina and Bravo have both started their match
