Grab, Avoid or Bore off!

Welcome to another installment of Grab, Avoid or Bore off for the 2015-16 season. No better time to put out a semi-helpful article, as we start getting into the tough weeks. You can no longer get away with flying by the seat of your pants (finger pointed firmly at you Mitro) with blanks and double game-weeks, and the chips starting to get used by those that still have them. For long, many have believed that a lot of the higher ranked players are there more by fluke than anything. So as we head down the stretch expect the managers with well thought out plans to start climbing up the overall, so if them managers were truly fluky they will be exposed. So with that in mind, we hope the 3 Amigos of mediocrity can help a little, even if it is by pure chance that they call one right this season.

    So how is everyone’s plans coming along for GW27? Can’t believe we have to wait another week for the footie!!

    I’m currently going with this:

          Ended up watching a few more episodes of waking dead! Can’t believe I have never had this in my life! What a series!

    I’ve brought in Vardy for Kun this week, so I can play 3-4-3 again. So who should I sit out of this lot?
    Alder (H, Swans)
    Cresswell (H, Sund)
    Morgan (H, Nor)
    Nyom (H, Bou)

    • Nyom Nyom, I guess.

    • Evening mate, i’d be tempted to sit Alli and play those defenders! Either that or leave Nyom out i think.

    • I’ve been so out of the loop, I didn’t even realize BPL was off this weekend…

    • Colriles, I’ve also done Kun -> Vardy for 2 weeks and then I’ll do Ighalo -> Kun for Villa at home. I’m hoping Pool can keep him quiet in GW 28. #NotLikely

    • For me Payet or Ighalo! Watched highlights and Igloo missed sitter and one hard chance which he used to convert when was in form so will take risk laugh Have got right captain choices till now in 2016 so hope it continues…

    • Have it on Vardy for now.

      Kane, Mahrez and Payet are all good options too.

    • Vardy for me Silvers.

  4. First time for a while with no headache on who to bench. Kun and Simpson with Targett my live guy.Means I play 5 mids Alli,Ozil,Mahrez,Sanchez and Payet with Kane and Vardy cappo up top.
    Watch it all get blown apart by injuries in the FA Cup!!Or hopefully Arsenal and Spurs rest my guys.

    • Good start with Ozil not in the squad and Sanchez & Bellerin as subs.

  5. Thoughts on doing Darmian and Ighalo to Borthwick Jackson and Vardy for a -4 point hit?

    • Aguero to Vardy…. no hit. Plus you got Aguero for 13.5 so wont lose any money to get him back

    • Darmian > Huth/Fuchs

      Keep Ighalo for this GW as he plays Bournemouth at home. Sell him next GW for either Vardy or Lukaku.

  6. Fun read guys. This has always been one of my favorite articles. You guys usually just post them when the EPL is on hold, right?

    As for knowing me, Innit. It’s better that way. I do have FB but not actively posting on it. Never saw the purpose of either Twitter or FB, I was forced to make a FB account. Regretted it ever since, though, it does help you to get in contact with people from the past. On that note, also people you don’t want to talk to. HAHAHA!

    Hey guys, question. I see the fifth round of the FA cup started. Are there second legs in these? Or will there be a replay if it ends in a draw? Would be awesome if both Arsenal and WBA would be kicked out, doubt that will happen though. So my question, will there be second legs or replays?
