International break time always means one thing, GABO time!

This mostly passive aggressive panel was filled with our fearless feared leader Init, Rosco, who after only one week of doing Init’s site duties needed a therapist and GP who tries to always be nice, but has been sneaking in snarky comments on the site. With a crazy first few gameweeks and a crazy transfer window to boot, there is certainly a lot of questions when it pertains to fpl that we all probably have. I have asked once again on the site for any in particular you might want answered and have included the ones I could that were not addressed in other questions.

  1. Will Ronaldo & Torres score 8 points more than Fernandez & Grealish this week do you think?
    Looking at Fernandez/Grealish/Obafemi to Allen/Torres/Ronaldo but not sure if it’s worth the -8 this week and banking 0.2 before Allen/Torres price rises or next week for a -4 and lose 0.2
    Also ….Raphinha or White on bench and who would you captain?

    • Just saw it too. Seems like a minor knock, but best to keep an eye on it. They have an easy game, so he might be rested.

  3. Why is Auba second most transferred in player right now? Did I miss something?

    • I haven’t seen any transfer rumors.

      • Strange. Arsenal are in the most s***iest of the forms right now. Can’t see a reason why.

        • As we know they will rise from the ashes as always.
          The fixtures are pretty good all the way till January, apart from a couple in the middle.
          Perhaps, those who leave the WC for the next IB will have better idea by then.

        • I mean for context they have played City and Chelsea who beat everyone pretty comfortably, I don’t get why Wolves players are good options and Arsenal players are terrible

        • Well said Smash and Ivan ….not being biased and know there’s a lot of work needed at the club but everyone including the media writing them off and talking about relegation is certainly overkill and unwarranted IMO! With a tough couple of fixtures plus big changes to the team and a few injuries too, the results haven’t been that surprising but with their players available and the fixtures ahead they will still get better returns for FPL than a lot of teams! Having said that I wouldn’t be bringing Auba in myself just yet ….think Tierney and White would be the safest options at the moment though as could be rotations in mid/attack. Think ESR will be really good value too but he will be rotated

        • Smash. Wolves players are not 10m. And the stats say for the team themselves. But, I think Auba could be one of the better options in coming weeks.

      • This must be the only reason – he’d make a handy differential at this stage!

    • Probably because he will score 3 goals against Norwich

    • I’m thinking of Saka as good differential for the coming months with my WC team.

    • I’d swap Alonso personally as I’m expecting Chilwell to come back in soon. Rudiger and James are more nailed. Livramento is the best budget defender too

    • Saka to ESR and Sarr to Raphina maybe? ….along with Smash’s suggestion

        • Thanks both – I’ve followed your suggestion.

          I’ve also gone for Cresswell over Shaw too – as I’ve gone off the latter and Cresswell has always been a consistent performer for me over the years.

        • Like Cresswell over Shaw…..just to throw another spanner in the works … how about Coufal instead….could then bring in White for good fixtures and solid cover incase Torres doesn’t play
