Having heard from the positive bunch, we now move onto the ones who are not so much, which should be fun… To be fair, we’ve been massively judgemental and quick to conclude based on a one line response. We shall let you judge for yourselves whether we were right or not… #wewere 😉

  1. I am seriously struggling with my FH team.
    I’d love to have Hazard, Pogba in midfield at least, and would love to Aguero and Kane upfront, but somehow manage to think about putting Alli and Sterling in midfield!!!!
    I am then left with no money left for the rest of my team!!
    Should I ditch one of the City/Spurs players, if so who?
    I need to somehow gain points on the league leader, who has already used his TC and FH

        • I think he will play it in the next week or so.
          I will probably play mine gw34.
          I have a half decent set-up for the blank gw33, so will try and set it up for the dgw35, use my TC probably on the Pool v Huddersfield game (like alot of people), then BB on maybe gw37/38

          Just need to get the FH right..lol

        • Still can’t get get a decent team together.
          I can get ederson, sterling, hazard, Pogba, aguero and kane in, but the rest aren’t brilliant.
          not helped by my transfer value being only 101.6.
          do I bring in some dross and hope my big hitters will do the business for me.

    • You don’t need Alli mate, can you get all the other 5? If not, then drop Kane too smile

    • Your endless struggles /worries with your side rank alongside Cookie’s diary in terms of adding dramatic tension to the site.

      I tend not to worry about opponents too much, though I have a furtive look sometimes at their sides.

      I’d just go with the flow with the FH side.

      Sterling/Kun/Ederson or Laporte seem the most nailed options. I wouldn’t drop a City player.

      I was trying to ignore Spurs but know they’re one of the better options (no game in 33) in terms of getting 180 mins out of a player.

      However given the fixtures I’d rather have a City player than a Spurs’ one.

    Good luck tonight with England. For some reason I always expect you guys to have a scary monster team but when I look at the teamsheet I see Everton. :p

  3. Does anyone else think Dele Alli is seriously overrated?

    • I’m not a massive fan

    • Seriously overrated and a complete … insert swear word of choice here. Sancho looks good though, great goal there too!

      • Glad I’m not alone! Sancho does look good. Pretty encouraging to see the likes of Rashford, Hudson-Odoi, TAA etc not even featuring.

      • I never realized he’s English, playing for Dortmund and with such a surname I always assumed he’s German or Spanish or something…. 18 years too, still everything ahead of him!

    • I was about to ask this about all Spurs players but I’m guessing you’re referring to the England match?

      • I think Kane’s the only spurs asset interesting me from an FPL perspective at the moment. And that’s not exactly based on form!

        • Yeah that’s kind of what I was thinking too.

        • Yeah it’s Kane or Son for me. Son comes with risks though mainly because he is exhausted

    • Depends who’s rating him mate. laugh

      He isn’t at top speed tonight at least. But he’s good.
