Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW36+,GW37+,GW38+
Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW36+,GW37+,GW38. The end is nigh. Not it an end of days kind of way, although given recent global events it’s probably best to be clear on that. No sooner has the league resumed it’s almost time to bring it to an end. The games have come thick and fast and it’s been great that so many of you have stayed engaged, so first of we’d like to thank you for that!
This is our final predictions ‘article’ but we will, of course, bring a final results article out come the end of the season, but we’re not there yet. With no let-up in fixtures and quick turnarounds, we’ve once again combined the final 3 weeks into one. As before, you can either make predictions for all fixtures in one post or individually, all we ask is that you post any subsequent predictions as a reply your original comment.
On to the winners!
GW33+ We have two Winners!
Perun and Redmen both finished on 13pts thanks to Redmen correctly picking first goal scorer (Trossard), both then correctly predicted the 34th minute (first goal prediction) – there was simply no way to seperate them. Coys continues his push for his second title, picking up another 12pts to take second place. Come on you erm … Coys.
GW34+ Winner is Eplnoob with a whopping 16 pts, thanks in no small part to selecting Giroud as the first goalscorer. Second spot was tied with Tornado and yours truly (Rosco) both with 15 pts. Special shout out to Eplnoob, OffalyMartin, AJW and Rosco who all correctly picked the handsome one as first goalscorer too. Magnifique!
GW35+ The winner will be revealed in the final winners article.
And so; Many Congratulations to Perun, Redmen and Eplnoob. Please email us here; contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk to claim your prize.
As you can see in the overall league table below, it’s former winner Coys9 who leads the way in joint first along with Tornado and Perun86, however, it’s all still to play for with our very own Smash just 2 points off the top spot closely followed by OddDane in third.
Overall League Table
THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION… Scoring couldn’t be simpler:
Correct Score = 3 points
Correct result = 1 point
Correct First Goalscorer of the game-week = 5 points
(to clarify this is who you think will score the 1st goal of the entire GW, not just in any game you choose to pick yourself!)
(Points are awarded on an ‘either/or’ basis, so you’ll either score 3 points for a Correct Score or 1 point for a Correct Result, these are never added together for a 4 point score.)
Tie-Breaker In the event that two or more members are tied as winners for the week the overall winner of the t-shirt will be decided by a tie-breaker. In order to do this, we ask that you also post your prediction of the time that the first goal of the week will be scored at. Nearest the pin wins.
The Rules… They are few; 1 entry per person and all entries must be submitted prior to the first game of the game-week. Kick-off this week comes on Tuesday at 8:15 pm. Once all the games have been played, we’ll count up the scores and the winner(s) will be announced in the following week’s competition article and each week our winner will walk away with an FF247 branded t-shirt! ). So just to recap all you need to do is; – Copy and paste the fixtures from below and pop your score prediction on each. – Tell us who you think will be the first goal scorer of the week (and that can be from any game regardless of your other predictions) – Add in your time of the first goal of the week for any potential tie-breaker situation.
Here are the fixtures, best of luck to you all!
