Interactive Fantasy Football Fixture Tracker 2015-16
It’s that time again folks; T minus two weeks or so and counting! Many FPL players pick their initial team based chiefly on last season’s form, others on as many big names as possible (with the necessary accompanying threadbare bench), while yet others have a noticeable bias towards players from their supported team (Kop does NOT approve!). The serious FPL player will select their starting 15 based on a wide range of factors however, not least of which are the fixtures.
With that in mind I’ve updated and improved the season-long tracker a few people seemed to find useful last year. This lets you choose how difficult each fixture is and displays appropriate colours as an easy visual guide – much like the tracker on the site except that it shows the whole season and is interactive. I’ll give a brief outline of how it works here but there are instructions in the tracker too and there’s a link to a video explaining it at the bottom.
You start by grouping together teams of similar ability, such as putting Arsenal, Chelsea, City and United in Level 1. Last season you could put teams in 4 different groups, but now you can place them in anything from 3 to 10 groups depending on how detailed you want to get. This way you could even have Chelsea in a category all on their own if you consider them to be that much better than their rivals for example.
Next comes the other upgrade from the first tracker – last season you were limited to having 5 colours represent the different matches, but now you can choose between 3, 5 or 7. After you make your choice you will then decide how difficult you rate each match between teams of different groups. When you have finished you can select the Fixtures Tab and all of the colours there will have updated to be specific to your own ratings. These can be changed as often as you like, and indeed should be updated as the season goes on to account for changes in teams’ forms.

After all of the signings that Watford have made… who do you think is the best defender to have from them?
Ideally an attacking one (sounds like Parades is the right-back) but anyone who’s nailed will do…
I started off with Angella, but it sounds like Cathcart is the more solid centre-back for them, however their new signing Prodl seems a popular choice on here and will probably displace one of them.
Then there’s Holebas (their new left-back) to consider! So I’m really unsure on who to go for.
Are their any Watford fans around (or anyone who really knows their shit) that can help me out here?

Haha probably not! I’ve got Francis though and have kinda been brainwashed by how nicely their fixtures rotate for the opening weeks.

Best Watford defender to have is Angella from what I can see, unless as you say this new guy displaces him. Angella scores a few a season though, would be surprised if he doesn’t play.
Cheers CC, Smash and GP. After looking again, it seems Martin of Norwich is a safer bet, he’s their captain and rotates pretty well too. Angella or Martin it is.
Yeah I think Norwich players will be fine to start with. Have good fixtures.

Major avoidance of that defence I think! At least to start of with.
I would go for Holebas. He’s got good pedigree and is decent going forward.
I don’t even think the new Watford manager knows his best defenders yey either so I think we’re all just groping in the dark with this one James. I’d maybe stick my neck out for Prodl but that’s about it.

Same, it’s not as if Rooney has been amazing and Depay is also playing upfront. You’re a United man right? First game didn’t have a direct free kick with Depay on the pitch, did the second? Curious if he’s on those.
I know everybody here is very doubtful but from I read Depay himself thinks everything will be good (HAHA, crazy ego) and his teammates tell him he’s going to be great.
I think there is a consensus, one from Chelsea and one from United.

On that note, you don’t see Innit or Cookie post their teams, do you? Here you go, not sure on goalie situation yet. Aaah yes, must admit it’s just a draft and a lot of changes could still be made. I feel the core is there though.

Fixture wise they are ok with either. Will let you decide ho looks better by putting Southampton in the middle of both them in this chart that way you can compare. It gets a little difficult at the end, but by then you probably wont own any of them.

Looks decent, not my team but I guess it could do.
I already have Kun in, don’t want the headache of bringing him in later. At the start of the season you’ll already have enough headaches as it is. This is the main reason why I’ll start with both Kun and Haz in my team, unless anything happens to either or the coach spills. 😉
My plan was always to have Kun and Anya in, but reading here it seems he wont play.
My gut says that he will get a run in the 1st and start against Chelsea (Pelly will use his best player against them)
