International Break Round Up

[/three_fourth]During this period, our most important assets travel around the world, either to compete for Euro or World Cup qualification or just to play friendly games. They get tired from long distances covered, they struggle with jet lag to and on top of that they sometimes get inj… sshhhhh. In a word they get internationalbreaked.
And we, honest and dedicated FPL managers, are sometimes left with choosing between taking unwanted hits, losing team value or even using chips to compensate. All just to make sure we start a decent enough first XI on the following week. That’s not fair play.
We’ve only just recovered from the last one really… and just when your players of choice start to gain some kind of form and fitness, guess what? They get internationalbreaked again. There should be a FIFA fantasy compensation program of some sort for that. Anyway, I digress.
In this article we aim to update you on how the most important FPL players fared (if at all) for their national countries enabling a better assessment of their condition ahead of GW13.
Of course we couldn’t cover all Premier League International players so we opted for a mixed criteria that combines belonging to the top 10 on ownership (TSB%), total points (TotalP), form or price for each position. We also highlighted other players performances that we thought were worse a mention such as Sadio Mane, Gylfi Sigurdsson and… Joe Ledley! That should cover most of many a managers concerns over their team. If not, however, please use the commentary box if you are looking for any specific player info. We won’t necessarily know, but we’ll give it our best at finding out for you!
Also consider that players such as Cazorla, Fàbregas, KdB, Hazard, Ozil, Mertesacker, VVD and Blind only played the first game of these internationals. It goes without saying though that how they reacted to their respective games being cancelled for security reasons is anybody’s guess.
Here follows how your internationalbreaked players fared:

AGUERO IS FIT!! according to Pellegrini….
in other news, Bony & Kompany ruled out. Silva is a risk due to pain in his ankle still.
Cue the mayhem
#seeya
Well, that’s me no longer benching Raheem this week then…
So Aguero will play 😎
Hope he scores 😉
So what are people’s thoughts on getting Aguero? Wait and watch or get him ASAP? To be honest, unless he goes nuts with a hat trick or something I’m not in a huge rush to bring him back. Think I’d almost rather have Lukaku for the next few weeks until Aguero has Swansea at home in GW16.
I have already got him for me he is a proven goal scorer and couldn’t see Costa Cunt blanking every week so better have Aguero blanking in place of him !
Haha, well I hope he does well for you this weekend Snookie! I’ll be keeping an eye on him for sure. I have the funds put aside and can grab him at any time for Pelle, just a matter of when to bring him in for me.
Alexis trained fully with Arsenal today. And wore the same colour bib as Koscielny for those who like the bib theory. Both in or both out?!!!
Depends what colour bib the likes of Cech, Cazorla and Giroud were wearing!
Saw multiple pictures of Alexis, one with colour blib and the other in City blue. :p
Who to start Pelle or Ayew my other 4 midfielders consist of KDB, Alexis, Mahrez and Deulofeu. Was thinking using bench boost but don’t have a strong bench with cathcart martin and hennesey. Thank for any help
I like to always go with a striker, but Ayew has a very good fixture.
Pelle & Deulofeu OR Lukaku and Bolasie?
Really fancy a punt on Bolasie, don’t really trust Lukaku though 😐 this GW is impossible!
Lukaku is finally showing some consistency.
Kane and Dealofeu would get my preference.
Cheers B and Raz!
I went for Kane, Lukaku and Bolasie for a hit
Costa has been getting a lot of shit after his last game. Do we think he lost his starting position? Falcao back and Remy also there.
I seriously think he should be benched and Remy should start for once!
Dude, you’re just extremely pissed and made a very early transfer, shipping out Costa. :p
Which payed off in the end, but wasn’t all that wise at the start of the IB. :p
*paid off*
Too soon to claim that. Chances of Aguero scoring and breaking his leg are equal.
There is no way Mou will drop Costa. Falcao has just lost his form in a vacuum, and Chelsea with Remy up top just looks like a banana, weak at both ends. I believe that Costa up front is the only strength Chelsea has in this squad, which is again, not that reliable quality to depend upon, or to feel proud of.
The literally destroyed him in Match of the Day two weeks ago. Saying he was slow, he did nothing right, saying Chelsea got better when Remy came on. We’ll see what happens. Costa might be in my squad for one more week. On that note, I can already do Costa to Kun and Francis to Souare (tired of Bou in the back).
