Live Match Chat Gameweek 23 FPL News

Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 23 FPL News: We may have been rudely interrupted by another FA Cup weekend but we are back with a midweek bonanza. Everyone loves a packed FPL schedule under the lights and having the games all tightly packed together with the points rolling in simultaneously adds to the excitement and drama. Tuesday embodies that perfectly with no less than seven games. Six of those kick off at 7.45pm, the main ones of FPL interest, certainly from from a captaincy perspective anyway, are probably Arsenal, or more accurately Sanchez, hosting Watford, whilst Kane and co look at ripping Moyes’ men a new one up north. It could be grim up there, as the saying goes. Liverpool host Chelsea at 8pm in what could be the game of the round and also one that probably dictates whether Chelsea take the title in March or whether they have to wait a few weeks until April to do so… Wednesday almost feels like a famine in comparison with just the three fixtures to consider. Man City are away but should feel entirely at home as they go from one soulless stadium to another to visit West Ham, Man Utd are at home and will be looking to ‘wear fur’ before Stoke host an in form Everton. Please join us as ever on Live Match Chat to rejoice in the points as they (hopefully) roll in. Or lament the ones missed…

What’s wrong with the BP system this system?

How did Barragan got 3 bonus points which they drew 1-1? He neither assisted nor scored
Negredo got 2 BP and Morrison whilst scoring

Valdes and Foster both made 4 saves however they were not even close to any BP

Nothing personal as i don’t own any of them neither my rivals
    But it’s a perfect example

Really frustrating how the BP system is working

    DMC says:

So, Mitro, if you’re around, just out of curiosity, was that Fix feature on the transfer made by your ML opponent accurate?
    Cheers.

      DMC

It was. He told me last night. His ML opponent did indeed bring in Llorente.

How that works I don’t know and I think my head would hurt if I began to think about it smile

where even is the feature on the site? I haven’t seen it

      • Hi milburn,

It is on FFFix I think not the official site. A feature called “spy” . . . ?

        • DMC says:

Milburn – don’t know either and I am not sure I want to!
GP – first thought is that this is based on the sell and buy price and the team value. Of course that doesn’t work if the player being bough costs the same as any other for that position but there are not that many players with the exact same price, per position. Maybe this is trickier with defenders given that their price range is narrower. There’s also the max number of players per team which could help excluding candidates for the transfer in. Either that or plain black magic!! smile

        • Milburn says:

Cheers GP. I know your talking about FFF but I still can’t see it ha. Do you need to have the top subscription for it perhaps?

        • I don’t use it at all Milburn so I’m not the man to ask I’m afraid.

And DMC seems to be to be a bit of a boffin. I’d watch him as a bit of a dark horse laugh

        • DMC says:

Ehehe had to google that one GP. Now that I have, I’ll let you know soon the results of my investigation on how to predict your opponent’s Capo! smile

      • inittowinit says:

Milburn it’s under one of the top tabs on there, called something like Mini Leagues. You need to have a subscription to use it though. Given as Mitro has you could always just ask him to pop in your rivals FPL ID and he can tell you what it suggests they’ve done. Not that I’m suggesting how to circumvent their subscription thing of course 😉

        • Milburn says:

Haha much appreciated mate. Nobody’s even made 1 as of yet to be fair; I was just curious about the whole thing. Would take a lot more than that insider knowledge to save my woeful season anyways.

        • Kop Warrior says:

As far as I know this feature is only available on their premium subscription which they charge about £80 quid for although I could be wrong.
I think they’re offering a free 7 day trial at the moment.

        • Milburn says:

          Cheers Kop

Hey guys what a rubbish gameweek so far. Do we know how long chambers is going to be out for. Also do we think Snoddy is going to be nailed on for the hammers. Thanks as always. I might hold onto chambers if it’s not going to be for too long.
