Welcome to Live Match Chat Gameweek 9 FPL News: Bournemouth hosting Spurs gets the game-week going for us, one would expect The Cherries to be done scoring for the season after dropping six on Hull last week That lunch time fixture is followed by six more at 3pm. The Gunners collect 3 points vs Boro, Burnley looks to pad Heaton’s save stats when they face Everton, Hull continues to pretend to be an EPL team when they face Stoke. In other action we see the EPL uncaring Foxes vs Palace, relegation bound Swansea bend over for Watford and West Ham continue climbing the table when they face Sunderland. In Saturday’s closing fixture, Liverpool will tangle with a more offensively inclined side in West Brom than the United side they played last GW.
Sunday sees two games to finish off the game-week. City look to practice their penalties vs Southampton and Chelsea tangle with United in what promises to be a bore fest, when Conte and Mourinho play a defensive chess game and protect their keepers like he is literally the King.

44 after bonus with Kun/Rashford/Stones to play. Hoping One of them gets benched so McAuley comes off the bench. I mean… a friend has McAuley as first defensive sub. Whew, that was close!

So my Swansea boys are not pulling their weight. Thinking I have to solve the Fer-Capoue dilemma as my 4th & 5th mids this week. Any early thoughts?

      • Andy says:

You could potentially lose Stones to a 4.5 and pick up Shaqiri if you were willing to risk an early(ish) FT or you could ditch Rose later in the week and wait a bit to asses all of the options in that price range. I’m pretty confident Shaq will rise and if he does that’ll put you.1 out.

      • Ripcurl82 says:

        Allen, Chadli or Stanislas

Watford do play Hull next GW so maybe worth holding Capoue and playing one last GW

      • Pancho says:

Andy and Ripcurl, thanks for the replies! My tentative plan is to downgrade Fer this week and then address the Capoue issue next week.

Pretty ok week for me as I have 47 with Aguero still left to play! I’m thinking of shifting Antonio to Shaqiri/Stanislas – good riddance

I feel like I’ll never have a good week ever again! 4 weeks of pain! When will it end! Think I might desomate my team this week! Hits galore! Had a canny day at the match though so not all bad! Canny lark this championship! Ipswich fans were top draw too!

      Morning cookie!
Ok I have my sensible bead back on!
So my team looks ‘ok’ ok paper but I’m not scoring very well at present!
I’ll def keep Sanchez for next week and reassess after the Sunderland game. I think Williams to Holebas is a move I think is worthwhile and I’ll use the money to maybe upgrade Jaku but I’m not sure which keeper I should go for! What do you reckon who is best in the 4.5/4.6 range and the 5 and premium? Or should I go grant although I’m worried he’ll need replaced soon once butland is back.
So I do those moves are they better than shifting Son or Cap?
I just don’t know what to do!
If only I had a WC!

    Morning all!

I know a lot of things could change over the coming days but any ideas on what I should be doing for GW10? Initial thoughts was to start sorting my defence out I.e. Downgrade either Morgan or stones to free up some cash

    Morning guys,

Getting ahead of the game with looking at the next GW – I know there are EFL games midweek so probably won’t make subs straight away. Got 2FT and 0.9 ITB.

Don’t mind the look of my team for this gameweek but wanted to see what you all would suggest..

    Thoughts include:

Leicester plays in for GW11 onwards
    Mustafi out for GW11
Capoue & Deeney out for GW11
    Chelsea players in
    Maybe another Pool midfielder
    United player in but who?
    To keep Son or not?

As you can see I haven’t thought about it much lol

    Cheers!
