Predicted Line-ups and FPL Team News Gameweek 13

We’ll do away with the wordy intro as you should all be au fait with the new layout of this by now.

As a quick reminder –

There are two versions of this article.

The one below has a drop-down version. It’s fairly idiot proof – you simply click on the small arrow to the right of the team name and you get a drop-down list of all the teams. Simply click on the one you want to see and hey presto, etc. This is the published article with the comments section to crack on with.

The other one is permanently live and has the ‘nicer’ grid layout. If you want to see that version you can click here. This can also be easily accessed at any time via a myriad of links on our homepage – Header link, Hot Topics link, Quick Access link on mobile and it is also linked towards the end of all of our regular articles.

What you see below is a live link to what Drafthound have on their website. Why is that significant? Well, firstly, it now means that the second they make any updates in reaction to live team news then they will also appear on here. Being uber helpful in that respect they also time-stamp all of their line-ups so you can tell to the minute when it was last updated.

As an additional extra if you click on any player icon on the team line-up that will take you to their own page on Drafthound, from where you can see up to date season stats, their upcoming fixture schedule and use a comparison tool to view similar players.

Given their time and effort in providing this content for us it would be rude not to occasionally click on the Drafthound link and check out their own fabulous content as there are FPL articles aplenty on there too.

Can I ask the community best option to play – Toney home to Everton or Hwang away to Norwich?

On a totally different matter….Scotland drawn at home to Ukraine in semi final world cup draw with winners away to winners of Wales v Austria.

    Well doable for Scotland.

Who remembers beating Wales at Anfield in 77 for qualification to Argentina 78 (Joe Jordan hand ball) and beating Wales at Cardiff in 85 for Mexico 86 (the night the late great Davie Cooper scored the winning penalty and Jock Stein died)?

I think VAR would have disallowed both penalties.

    Also avoided Italy and Portugal.

Hey team. This is my lot for the week. Took another -4 hit for TAA and Jimenez. Vardy and Semedo out. Had been dragging them along for long. How does it look? Is the bench in correct order? Cheers

Hi fellas, who to field this week.

Wilson & Antonio seem the obvious selections, but White (vs NEW) and/or Marcal (vs NOR) look good options as well?

    A penny for anyone’s thoughts

    ODT says:

Hmmm….. Have I had enough to drink to captain Kane again this week? It’s about 6 hours until deadline. Wheeeee!

      Kralin says:

Entirely up to you, it’s only a game.

Personally I’d only captain Kane if my OR was starting to get a bit iffy and I needed to get back on the beat.

      • AJW says:

True words Kralin. His rank seems to be in the 200k range, so better to be safe than sorry, with Salah’s nice match up against the Southern Coasties. I think with Kane as a bit of a differential pick (without captaining) could be enough to gain points if he scores well. A stitch in time saves nine, young ODT! You may still have a chance to perform well against the pack without putting the armband on ‘Arold!

Cheerio to both of you. 😉

      • Smash says:

I really don’t get why anyone would intentionally captain Kane. If you want different go TAA

        • Kralin says:

I think, in one very obvious instance that we see here all the time, that we’re seeing a pretty classic example of Münchausen’s syndrome.

Said obvious instance has also claimed to be a close personal friend of Frank Lampard.
