With less than nine days to go and counting until the next deadline we all have plenty of thinking and tinkering time left… The January Wildcard is now available should you feel inclined to use it. Will you activate it immediately, possibly with a view to maximising your team value or will you wait until the transfer window has shut and judge what impact that has had, if any? Whichever you decide is the best strategy for you ahead of the next game-week we welcome your questions and also your advice to others. Please feel free as ever to post your thoughts, questions and feelings about whatever you want to but in particular if you would like others to take a look at your team ahead of GW21 and offer their thoughts and suggestions please post it below or link it and we are sure you will get plenty of feedback. Some of which may be constructive but we can’t promise anything!

Jeets, bit lightweight up top, if you play 3-5-2, you need a better striker with goofy.
yeah +1, maybe try and take a mid out, maybe gerrard- put in mutch or sterling(short term). probably try beef up defence if i were you
Jeets get aguero + poss berahino with goofy, drop a citeh mid for lallana, use anything left to beef up defence. :dance:

Get Adebayor instead of Welbeck and you’ll be fine up front.
Didn’t watch the cup, is Walcott injured, if so how bad
tbh i didnt think it was that bad, but shadow said it might be a ligament problem, which is serious. i reckon he will be back for next GW (9 days). no need to ship him out, unless wenger says otherwise tomorrow.

You’re going with 2 up front then next week – Aguero not fit.
Also Sterling will be sidelined once Sturridge comes back (which is soon, I’m led to believe)
sorry my bad, copy and pasted when i had changes. rooney is where aguero is, and i have 0.6 in the bank to do rooney—->aguero when aguero fit.

I think Gazzaniga’s run in the team is over.
Also Gazzaniga – he hasn’t featured in the last 2 of Soton’s games, so that does not really make him a viable substitute keeper. Maybe need to downgrade one of those big guns in defence to bring in Mannone.
gkw and redmecca.. really, boruc is injured and so was gazz last week so the 3rd choice keeper was used- k.davis, gazz has now recovered so should play remaining games until boruc returns no?

Davis is second choice. Gazz was playing because Bourc and Davis were injured
really? why is davis 3.9 and scored 2 pts. and gazz is 4.0 and has 13 pts
Well Davis started at 4.0 because loads of people had him as their bench keeper. Then he dropped to 3.9 as enough people had shipped him out. When Boruc got injured it just so happened that Davis too was injured at the time.
So 3rd choice Gazz plays for a few games and gets one CS. Two GWs ago Davis returned from injury and replaced Gazz.
By the way Gazz was pretty shocking, even for a third choice keeper. Against Newcastle he sliced the ball straight at Remy you might remember.

I wasn’t aware Gazz was injured and that was the reason to bring in Davis.
I thought it was a performance related decision.

Ok, maybe I’d downgrade Mert to Koschielny or Sagna to save some cash.
Whittaker? Not sure about having a Norwich defender in my team, maybe Baker (but he was not in the Villa team today) and what about Turner of Cardiff?
And finally, I’d stick with J. Rod.

I have Baker but I wouldn’t bring him in, he probably won’t play when Clark and Vlaar are both available.
Ben Turner is a good option. Or someone cheap from Sunderland/Palace/West Ham.

id stick with jrod, less chance of rotation and seems in better form. are you thinking of bringing in aguero?? you would need funds to funds do that i guess. iwould also probably play mutch instead of livermore.
up top looks fine, just defence may need a little tinkering, try and get a 3rd big name in there and you can play 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 depending on who has better fixture- jrod or livermore (mutch)
Nishy, lambert taken off today after 30 mins, don’t know what the problem was.
Norwich defenders are ok, but Whittaker doesn’t always start.
He’s played 5 out of the last 6 games, but then you have to go back to the first 4 weeks to see when he played 90 mins. You can’t expect much from a £3.9m rated player though.

looks good, looks like youve got aguero covered, so thats awesome
maybe downgrade whittingham—-> mutch to free up funds to upgrade defence?
Or consider Huddlestone, although Whittingham is dependable to get you at least 2pts a week.

Turner > Ward , as you already have Marshall and to avoid doubling up on Cardiff.
