The Boot Room – Rate My Team GW 5 – FPL Fantasy Football Premier League

Photo-02-01-2014-11-40-06-300x214 Game-week 4 is over and the International Break is under way, for many (including the FF247 team) this means wildcard time. So if you are looking for a bit of help on your new squad or simply feel the need to discuss any future transfers, you have come to the right place. We will also be receiving managers in need of a shoulder to cry on. Because frankly, after this 4 week span a tear or two is understandable.

So please feel free as ever, to post your thoughts, questions and feelings about whatever you want to, but in particular if you would like others to take a look at your team ahead of GW5 and beyond and offer their opinions. Please post or link it below and we are sure you will get plenty of feedback. Some of which may actually be constructive, but we can’t promise anything!

How long do we hang on to Aguero hoping he will score a shitload of points? I’m starting to think that he’s going to have a rubbish season…… But won’t get rid of him just yet, just in case ha ha smile

    Depay, Chadli & Sako
    for
    A. Pedro, Ayew, Jerome
    B. Pedro, Diouf, Westwood

Will be done during the next two GWs. No hits taken.

GP – whilst you’re around – what striker combination would you say is the best for points potential over the coming weeks?

Given fixtures and form (and price!), WIlson surely has to be there. Aguero just does, too. But who would you give the final spot to? Diouf has great fixtures and has looked sharp, Gomis is clearly the in form man but fixtures are getting worse, can he keep it up? Similar situation with Pelle…

    Anyone I’ve overlooked?

Would Sagna or Mangala be dropped first?

Tricky one. Not sure how any of the back four could be dropped yet. I would say Zaba would come in sooner because of managers’ unwillingness to change the centre of the defence (oh yeah, and Zaba is better!) but given the price he just bought one for I wouldn’t like to say.

I wouldn’t bring in either at this stage and if you have one I’d ride the bus until the wheels fall off, if your looking to bring in Citeh defensive coverage I’d have Kolarov, Hart, Kompany.
