Bundesliga Fantasy Football 2019/20
GW34 DEADLINE SATURDAY 27th June 2:30PM GMT
With the Bundesliga seemingly taking over the bulk of the chat on site (understandably, given as it’s the only game in town right now) we have decided to (tried to!) move the chat onto its own specific article to allow others space to chat about FPL, dandelions or whatever they wish elsewhere, so that they aren’t simply left muttering ‘Das ist mir Wurst’ to themselves all summer.
We will not do a fresh Live Match Chat for each week, we shall simply update this one as we go along with the latest deadlines and fixtures. We shall endeavour to post the line-ups prior to each phase of the relevant GW and our usual FPL Countdown Timer (to be found above the latest comments section) has been temporarily handed over to Bundesliga.
Tips will be dispensed in the chat below (mainly by Mito we would imagine) but feel free to get involved in said chat, whether that’s asking for advice or answering others.

Bundesliga Fixture Tracker
The main inspiration for us creating a fresh FBL article was Ivan and his willingness to volunteer to create a fixture tracker to deal with the remaining games. Mito got his crayons out and helped fill it in. Many thanks to both.

These teams are so unpredictable.
I managed 97 points this game week (wish I could manage that on the Barclays Fantasy Football).
I thought I joined the FF247 league but now not sure.
Can someone please check if I am registered and perhaps advise my league position for this game week.

Yes I hummed and hawed whether to join in for the first game week so was expecting a low league position.
I realise there are no fans which makes it difficult for the players but cant say that I am overly impressed by the standard of some of the teams in the Bundesliga.

It’s a top heavy league. With 3 teams who feel a bit better than the rest. Then there is about 3 more who can be competitive against the top teams and are in general good teams, but from there is a significant drop off. Top 3, next 3 and the rest.
Be great if Dortmund beat Bayern, it really make it a great stretch run in.

Not if it finishes 3-3!
Wouldn’t be a huge surprise.
Last 5 between them have seen no less than 4 goals scored, the majority by Bayern, but last season Dortmund did beat them 3-2 at home, not that home or away much matters right now.
How did you manage to have four Bayern players in your squad Herr GP.
I thought the most players over team was three.

I believe you can have as many as you like, but not sure on that.
Pretty darn good GP! Only managed a miserable 114. Next week will be interesting…I see LEI have a great run of games…maybe Timo?
@GP, are you planning to keep Kenan Karaman? I have the same guy and yesterday first time I saw him playing. He is terrible. But I am not sure if there is anyone in that price point who will start up-front.
So, I have the dilemma whether to upgrade or, stick and invest that in other players.

Haven’t a bloody clue on some of the teams and most of the players.
Transferred out Neuer of Bayern Munich, Zagadou of Dortmund and Sabiri of Paderborn.
Transferred in Kastenmeier of Fortuna, Hinteregger of Eintracht and Sabitzer of RB.
On another point, surely Dortmund v Bayern should be scheduled for a Saturday night game rather than a Tuesday teatime game.
Admistrators haven’t got a clue the world over.
