Bundesliga Fantasy Football 2019/20
GW34 DEADLINE SATURDAY 27th June 2:30PM GMT
With the Bundesliga seemingly taking over the bulk of the chat on site (understandably, given as it’s the only game in town right now) we have decided to (tried to!) move the chat onto its own specific article to allow others space to chat about FPL, dandelions or whatever they wish elsewhere, so that they aren’t simply left muttering ‘Das ist mir Wurst’ to themselves all summer.
We will not do a fresh Live Match Chat for each week, we shall simply update this one as we go along with the latest deadlines and fixtures. We shall endeavour to post the line-ups prior to each phase of the relevant GW and our usual FPL Countdown Timer (to be found above the latest comments section) has been temporarily handed over to Bundesliga.
Tips will be dispensed in the chat below (mainly by Mito we would imagine) but feel free to get involved in said chat, whether that’s asking for advice or answering others.
The games in full… GW34
Bundesliga Fixture Tracker
The main inspiration for us creating a fresh FBL article was Ivan and his willingness to volunteer to create a fixture tracker to deal with the remaining games. Mito got his crayons out and helped fill it in. Many thanks to both.
Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 29 from all at FF247!
Nkunku or Havertz to start tomorrow?
Both
Meant who of these two to star?
Oh
Toss a coin
Nkunku. Havertz has Bayern
Yea good call
Smash
you got a FBL team together?
Nah I’ve not done it. I’ve watched a fair bit though so I probably should have
Thanks guys.
Got a feeling Frankfurts Toure might not start
Predicted line ups have Chandler In, who he seems to rotate with, plus Toure played Wednesday night.
Don’t say that. He is my replacement for Gulde
Four of my midfielders start at the same time. One of them have to go for Sancho who plays immediately after their game.
The star goes to Werner who on paper should do better at home against the worst team in the league, while Lewa is vs Leverkusen who are quite tight at home and have many to many clean sheets.
The only thing left to decide is who gets the armband in the midfield, Havertz or Davies :scratch_one-s_head:
I probably give it to Baum over those two, with Davies second.
Good point, maybe he has a better chance although Lever-Bayer game could see many goals from both sides.
It’s possible, it is why I am so tentative about selling Lewy. But I also remember how the Dortmund game went with Bayern and that is also a possibility. I suspect Leverkusen will be more conservative than normal similar to Dortmund. It is very hard to predict how this will go, but Lever don’t usually defend great and one would think that Bayern will try and take Havertz out of the game.
I think it will be a strange round with many unexpected surprises.
Ok transfers done
Havertz out for Nkuku
Schubert out for Luthe
Zimmerman out for Pavard
Was really tempted in bringing in a Gladbach mid, Hermann or Neuhaus, but in the end Nkuku was scaring me more, plus I have Plea and Bensebaini already so I do have decent coverage already.
Best of luck to all this GW!!
My not so exciting TFs
Steffan to Baumgartner
Gulde to Lenz
Toure to Jedvaj (albeit reluctantly)
Got Hofer & Koch star men playing tonight Fingers crossed.
Thing i like about this is the way you can see what points people have but you ain’t got a scooby what their squads are, unless you post them obviously.
Rather like FBL scoring and rules. Interesting stuff. Does take up time with all the moving around during the games though.
FPL tried a similar format a few years ago but only lasted a season and a half and was abandoned. You had something like 25 players team and could change players between matchdays, not between games on the same day though. You could change captain as well like on here.
Ivan, who is your starred forward? I have put it on Werner…just so weird to leave out Lewa. Only have Bulter as third, so this is it.
Yes, I am going with Werner as well. He will be playing the worst team and should do better that Lewa against a tough one as Leverkusen. Mind you, that is on paper, we could be in for a surprise
