So at least we are being consistent! It was 47 points, 2 below the average, but we got away with a rank drop of just 170k. But hey, it’s a lot more congested in that 3m odd mark. Thankfully, the other five bothered to show up, and just about saved our dignity. We weren’t deranged enough to go against the robot, and those 28 points carried us. Elsewhere, Muñoz (14pts) — one of the few bright sparks in this season of darkness — did most of the heavy lifting. Saka (6pts) off the bench and Sels (6pts) both played their part, and while Liverpool continue to look bang average at best, Virgil hit DEFCON “Please clap.” Four points is about as good as it gets from him these days. FF247 Site Team News GW14 Robotic Malfunction Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW14 Gameweek 13 was a week of Free Hitter vs Triple Captainers. It was a massive win for the FHers so you can probably already guess which side we were on… if you remember last weeks article we decided to play the TC on Haaland. He failed miserably blanking and giving us a return of 6 points. The rest of our team didn’t do much better with 5 of our team getting 1s and 2s. Thankfuly we had Thiago who is keeping up his insane form with another 2 goals to score 13 pts. Mateta got a return as did Saka and Xhaka with scores of 6, 5 and 5 pts. FF247 Site Team News GW13 Fishing for Chips Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW13 Our Gameweek 12 Result Probably fair to say that that was a bit of an odd week all round. And that was almost certainly reflected in our own score, or rather the scorers. Whilst our front 3 of Haaland (C), Woltemade and Mateta, along with the likes of Saka, did bugger all, our points all came from Munoz and Enzo with a goal apiece and Cucurella with a cleanie. Also fair to say that we had a bit of a mare with our bench, which garnered 20 points, our highest of the season so far. Overall we got 52 points, 13 above the average and even that was enough to bump us up a million spots to somewhere around 4.4m.
