Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 15

Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 15 Welcome to Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 15 We are almost coming to the end of Part 1 of this season. Not to make it sound like a Netflix documentary, but it may as well be as we break for a month as of next week, to all go view an ill thought out vanity project in Qatar. What it means for FPL though is that we have but two more chances to grab some precious points ahead of our enforced break, starting this week. We shall take stock and reassess our articles over the recess but for now we are running sans a Captains article, courtesy of Mr Haaland. And yes he may have missed last week but assuming that was a precaution he now has Fulham and Brentford at home. You’d be brave not to follow that pattern. As such we are back with our hybrid article of T...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW15

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW15 Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW15 In GW14 we bizarrely had 14 people correctly guess this week’s FGS (KDB). This included everyone who finished in our top 3, with WhoIsRonaldo and Bundeena Bunnies topping the pile with 14pts a piece. Our winner was decided by the usual method with WhoIsRonaldo ultimately the winner with his FGS time 24 mins out (compared to Bundeena Bunnies 31 mins out). Fine margins. Third place was shared with both M-Salah and PM both just a whisker away with 13pts each. And so; Many Congratulations to WhoIsRonaldo. Please email us here; contact@fantasyfootball247.co.uk to claim your prize. League Table THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION… Scoring couldn’t be simpler: Correct Score = 3 point...[Read More]

FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 14 Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 14 With back-to-back European mid-week games we see a bumper Saturday for once, with no less than 8 games. Leicester and Man City kick us off in the 12.30pm game. Jeff will then be in his element, a reminder of the good old days, with five 3pm starts which see Spurs go to Bournemouth, Brentford welcome Wolves, the Graham Ptter derby as he goes back to Brighton with Chelsea, Palace vs Saints and a Good Ebening (afternoon!) from Emery and his Villa as they go to the team he turned down, Newcastle. Saturday continues with Fulham welcoming Everton at 5.30pm before Liverpool and Leeds finally see us out at 7.45pm. That leaves just the two games on Sunday with Arsenal facing Forest at 2pm and then Man Utd and West Ham in the...[Read More]

FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups GW14

FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups GW14 Welcome to FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups GW14 1, 2 miss a few, 99? Not even half 100. Ouch. We’ve had better weeks that’s for sure. It was a tough game week for many FPL managers, and despite being on our Wildcard we fared no better. The good news is we captained Haaland (26pts), and we also got a goal from Mitrovic (6pts). That’s where the good news ended. Kepa picked up 3pts and everyone else in our team got either 1 or 2pts. Pitiful. Our poor score (again like many FPL managers) was compounded by Andreas (10pts) first on our bench, and Neco (6pts) sitting third. We ain’t getting those points. Foden getting benched was unexpected and would we have ever put Neco in when he played Liverpool? Not likely. It was one of those game wee...[Read More]

Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 14

Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 14 Welcome to Fantasy Football Tips Gameweek 14 As mentioned in our last tips article, our Captains article is on a much-deserved break although given that it was booked by one Erling Halland, who at the time of writing is yellow flagged, perhaps we may all be scrapping around looking for a viable captain come Saturday after all! However, for the time being, we’re sticking with our adapted Tips article. In case you missed the last ‘tips’ article, what we are going to do for now is ask our writers to construct a ‘Best 11’, with fine details like budget slightly put to one side – though, of course, there are plenty of nicely-priced options in all positions at the moment. This week we have Smash looking at a keeper and midfielders, Rosco is on hand with the defe...[Read More]

FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 13

FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 13 Welcome to FPL Live Match Chat Gameweek 13 And we go again… Three days this time beginning with another relatively light Saturday. Forest and Liverpool kick us off in the early one followed by just two 3pm games as Palace go to Everton and Man City welcome Brighton. Chelsea and Man United round off the day in the late one. Sunday sees five games, with four of them all being, inexplicably, at 2pm again. Maybe they just lost some numbers on the keyboard at the FA and couldn’t afford to replace them? Anyway… Villa v Brentford, Leeds v Fulham and Wolves v Leicester are all buried, whereas Saints v Arsenal does at least see the light of day that is Sky Sports. Spurs and Newcastle take centre stage at 4.30pm. West Ham and Bournemouth see us out o...[Read More]

We brought in Kane, Salah and Eze for our -4 this week and were rewarded by the ‘makeweight’ Ebe Eze with his 10 points. The other two – the bigger lads – 8 points between them! Aside from the Mitrovic (6) goal, the rest of the story – like for most teams this week – was in defence. Where clean sheets for Dalot, Williams and Sanchez (all, 6) and a Kieran Trippier masterclass (9) was all she ...[Read More]
