Fantasy Football 247 at the Football Blog Awards. Last chance to vote!

Fantasy Football 247 at the Football Blog AwardsAs we are sure you are by now aware FF247 have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Best FPL Football Blog Awards (FBA). The finals take place on November 13th at the National Football Museum in Manchester. Voting closes this Friday and it is a close run thing so far so this is our last plea for more votes! We would dearly love to bring home an award for you all as a thank you for your following and dedication. We are under no illusions that the competition is strong and we are honoured to have even made it this far in our first year but with your help you just never know. Details of how to vote follow below and the main message here is that if you have already voted in the first round of voting you need to do so again as votes were reset for the finals.

[clear]

tweetvoteWe would like to thank all our members for being such a huge part of the site – without you we are nothing. We have always aimed to make FF247 a community site, a fun site as well, of course, and an essential all round tool for FPL managers. It is your involvement, comments, banter and engagement that ultimately has pushed FF247 into the realms of being nominated for awards such as this.

So we thank you deeply and look forward to a bigger, better, funnier future together!
Finally, we would like to ask that you vote for us in the hope that little old FF247 may just upset some of the more established names that we are up against. Clearly our age will not make it easy for us to win against other sites that have been around for years, but you know us, we’ll give it a go. Every vote counts.

Voting is very straightforward – all you need to is click on the link below, either taking you to the FBA site or through the twitter button.
In case you’re thinking, “I’ve already voted”, then firstly thanks, it’s your votes that have been responsible for us being nominated but as we say that was for the first round so please make sure you vote again.

If you’re on twitter, then this is the most simple method.

Voting via the FBA site link involves about about two minutes more of your time! Just click this link (or the red ‘tweet your vote’ button above), enter your details and under “categories”, click the FPL drop down menu and you will see Fantasy Football 247 appear. Simply highlight us and click “Vote Now” – you will be sent an email which you will need to confirm your vote.

The FF247 team will be attending the event itself and we will be sure to post pics on here and via twitter of what will surely be a fantastic night out regardless of the results! Tickets are on general sale as well so if anyone fancies it please feel free to come but be sure to let us know so that so we can include you in our party!

Thanks again for your time, patience and support!

All at Fantasy Football 247.

Is Sanchez going up again 2night? Presume sterling ain’t going to fall again. Thinking of getting rid of Baines and Sterling for Sanchez and Saints defender

    Gents,

Team for the weekend. I have 1FT and 0.9m ITB

    Thinking of the following

    Siggy to wanyama
    Pelle to Costa

    Or

    welbeck to sahko
    Tadic to wally

Or should I just leave it for this GW?

Mitro- tough one- depends on how well costa does!!!!!
seeing as you have sanchez and wally isn’t 100% yet…costa for me!!
I might actually do costa–>pelle and downgrade tadic–> downing maybe?

I would go with Sakho and Walcott. You already have Agüero so there’s no need for Costa in my opinion. Wanyama is a real downgrade and I don’t think it’s worth it. I have both Walcott and Sanchez myself.

      • Mitro says:

        Hey Cody!!

Wanyama would be on the bench most of the time to be honest – he’s cheap and he seems to be scoring goals.

I do like the sahko and wally option!! Huge differentials!!

I could get Costa in after the int break with another move I have lined up!! What you reckon?

I think if Costa isn’t going to have his op then it might be best to bring him in after the int break, yeah. He’s dangerous when he’s fully fit and rested, which he wasn’t against QPR and might not be for the Liverpool game.

Speroni, Kelly, Hangeland, Dann, Ward, Jedinak, Ledley, Zaha, Bolasie, Chamakh, Campbell

Pantilimon, Reveillere, van Aanholt, O’Shea, Vergini, Cattermole, Larsson, Gomez, Buckley, Wickham, Fletcher.

    Mannone dropped, unsurprisingly.

After the International Break I am looking to take in Walcott (currently) in the place of Sterling, however, between then and now I need someone in that range that isn’t going to decrease in price or else I wont be able to afford him. The plan is to take Fabianski in for Forster once their fixtures switch (gw 13), giving me .1 mil ( by then I imagine it to be .2) that means I would have 0.6 free to get in Walcott. Basically which mid between now and gw 13/14 will do well and rise in price so I can get theo laugh

Yep. Time for a hit or two with Mannone benched >_<
