Welcome to the Fantasy Football 247 Site Team Gameweek 10 article. GW9 was one of the dullest game-weeks in history – it was a game-week dominated in the main by clean sheets for a change and we were fortunate enough to gain a clean sweep of them, courtesy of Cech, Walker, Holebas and Pieters. The only other contributions to our score were assists for Firmino and Lukaku and yet we scored 48pts, 6pts above the average of 42 and saw us climb to a ranking of 57,577. Exciting stuff. Another captain failure for Alexis was slightly compensated by Kun scoring just a solitary point on Sunday, so things could have been worse. All in all, we probably dodged a bullet given our defensive performance.
Transfer: Rasford to Deeney
We contemplated a whole raft of of complicated conundrums. This insignificant player to that insignificant one, meaning a slightly more but still insignificant one to maybe a slightly less insignificant one. Etc, etc, you know the feeling… In the end we just went route one and obvious with the sole focus on the week ahead. ‘Who plays Hull, let’s buy their most likely goalscorer’. Sometimes it can be as simple as that….

Our captain is Troy Deeney and our vice captain is Alexis Sanchez.
A slight surprise as captain given that we didn’t even own him previously but the ‘let’s chase Hull around’ theme caught on pretty quick! Given the last few weeks worth of captain failures on the mainstream players then we feel it is worth taking the slight risk this time, if playing Hull can even be considered as such.

Id be playing AOA to get Allen H v Swa instead of McA vs MCI
The choice of CAPTAIN is so difficult for me, I have already marked, Aguero, Sanchez, Lukaku, Deeney and now back to Sanchez. I thought a differential with Deeney was a good idea but I am in the top 15,000 and there is not much difference to the top so safer to stay with Sanchez. What do you guys think?

How many times do we think that GP?!
I haven`t seen anything that would mention that he would not play. The one thing people were wondering was if Wijnaldum will replace Can. Another doubt is Millner who was bit sick earlier in the week. Which also brings a question who would be on pens should Liverpool have one? Except that I think last week 11 is nailed on.
Anyway, 1 hour to go and I have my usual doubts about captain. I can see I`m one of many this week. I`m on Ibra currently. Sort of last chance saloon but still thinking that maybe without Wallcot Ozil will shine or maybe Bolasie will be on hot streak? Although WHU defense is bit more solid without Collins.
Decisions, decisions. One I will stick with is to bench Defoe. next week I transfer him out but not sure for whom yet. Probably Austin or maybe Gray? He is on 6.2 now which is tempting. But this one I will worry about on Monday.

1) COLEMAN –> Pieters (to free up £1m, to allow me to do…) Rashford –> Benteke OR Deeney (and bank the change)
2) Benteke –> Wilson (no need to sell Coleman for this, hence no points hit)
3) Stick (but be worried about Rashford!)

You think Deeney is worth the -4 hit Cookie (would need to sell COLEMAN to afford him). Deeney and Benteke would require a -4, whereas Wilson or Austin wouldn’t…
Having seen much talk about Wilson but seems a good shout to me? Benteke too against his old club then a fairly decent run after…

Aim low but not too low. Otherwise, you’ll end up in unfamiliar territory in which scoring can be frustratingly difficult as well as questioned and scrutinized.
Hi guys, some advice please I’m a little stuck. Feel like I should be ok but I have 2 FT and 0.4m ITB. Should I sort Junko out as my back up GK? Try and upgrade Diamonte? Opinions?
Dicky, if you’re going to do anything with Diomande I suspect you’ll need to downgrade elsewhere to raise the cash. I’d consider downgrading either Stones or Shaw. You could also just do Jakupovic to Pickford.

Upgrade Diamonte to who? Austin and Rondon look good shouts but fixtures are poor. I would probably favor getting rid of Shaw due to fixtures, City’s next 4 look much easier.What about downgrading Firminhio to Lallana, Shaw to Smith and Diamonte to Callum Wilson? Will only do Lallana this week then the other 2 next week? Any good?
