Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW19. We have finally got a red arrow unfortunately. For what is a rarity this season but our 42 points, while above the average of 36 points was not enough to get us a green arrow. We have dropped from 1,992 to 3,456 (we love order). This is still an amazing rank and we will keep pushing for that number 1 spot!
Our Gameweek 18 Result
We have £7.1 in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of GW19. Let’s go see what was decided… nothing. We decided to do nothing and just roll. Or did we…
Our GW19 Transfer(s)
Our initial thinking here was to simply do a Fonzie and walk away with the 2 FT’s. That was until the sharper ones amongst us (essentially just the sober ones on Christmas Day!) realised that having 2 FT’s, along with a use it or lose it Wildcard was a bit overkill / daft!
As such we may as well do a Hail Mary. Son was considered but all of our other mids look ok for this one. Trent, with Burnley away, and him on form, seemed to be the other obvious one. Along with having cash to burn, and a WC to fix any budget balancing issues by Saturday.
Konsa away at Man United looks like our only real weak link, potentially. But we decided to keep him anyway, albeit on the bench, as we would most likely want some Villa coverage on the WC, plus he’s gone up 0.1m this week. Always thinking… Branthwaite was decided on as the fall guy instead.
To confirm then we have SOLD Branthwaite and BOUGHT Trent

Wondering why you rolling over a transfer when you going to Wild Card next GW? Since the WC expires the GW after
I won’t speak for the rest of the lads but I don’t see anything we could have done so burning the transfer is probably the best bet. We were all pretty busy with family so didn’t spend loads of time analysing and instead just decided to keep things simple.
Yep, I did think that myself.
Who would you suggest we buy? I was thinking of suggesting getting Son myself.
Maybe event Trent.
Easier to get in and a captaincy option to be fair
I like the Son move and did it myself for this week but mainly because I had someone I was willing to drop in midfield. Not sure who I would in the Site Team
Could consider Foden to Son? Or TAA for Konsa?

Leave it be. Ollie can score in any game. I know you’ve wanted Nkunku since GW1 but still a wait that one I think. Especially vs one of the most in-form players in the league.
Hmm, I think Man U will be ready for the big comeback but perhaps could wait for another GW
