Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 35

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 35. It’s very much after the Lord Mayor’s Show this week as we go from 14 fixtures over six successive days to just six matches this week due to the FA Cup semi-finals. It’s Liverpool who kick us off as they attempt to move closer to Man Utd when they travel to United’s conquerors West Brom at lunchtime. There is just one other game on Saturday as Crystal Palace take the shortish trip to Watford.

Sunday sees three matches – West Ham go to Arsenal at the same time as Stoke host Burnley before Swansea get the chance to spoil Man City’s party at the Etihad.

Our game-week finishes on Monday as Newcastle fans get the chance to reacquaint themselves with their hero ex-chief Big Sam as they visit Everton.

66pts with 2 to come off the bench and Pickford to play.
Looking at the remaining games would you go for lukaku or Jesus alongside kane and vardy?

Since I don’t have any chips left I think I will save my ft. I think I can field 10 or 11 Dgw players without to many hits

Evening all, I hope your GW has been kind! Some great scores on here tonight! Kudos!

Thought I’d provide a bit of an update on my season. Some people may frown upon this post, I respect that. So first off hats off to both Init and Horse who are both doing amazing things this season with their teams, they deserve the plaudits more than me, so this post is not to take anything away from them.

First off some context; my wife is a teacher who works in a school with a very sexist ‘lads lads lads’ mentality. The PE dept are the leaders of said mentality and when they sent around an invite to their FPL mini league, she asked if I’d do her a team to put them ‘ in their place’ ( her words not mine). So of course I obliged, and so here I am, a two-team wanker.

Problem is, that team is doing really well. So as I said, I appreciate that multiple teams are frowned upon, I get it, but this team was set up with good reason. The fact that it’s doing well though, has obviously kept my interest and I’m damned if I’m writing it off.

So my normal team is doing canny the last few weeks, I’m back up to around 19k after 73pts all out. My ‘other team’ hasnt performed as well this GW, but I still have 2 to play and up to 239 OR. I’ve linked this team for now just Incase anyone is interested.

So this isn’t a case of ‘me me me’ and looking for slaps on the back, I’ve decided to evaluate the 2 teams as a side by side comparison come the end of the season, if there is interest I’ll happily do an article to show of there is anything significant to be learned from this endeavor. At present my 2nd team is around 21pts outside the top 100 and with TC still to use I hope to push as far as I can in the remaining 3 GWs.

Anyway hope that this post doesn’t come across too dickish, but to be honest as with my first team, the success is in part down to you lot so thank you for all your help this season.

64 with Perez to play. Happy with that, gained about 30pts on all my chasing rivals.

Evening lads, I have already played my WC and I’m fairly well set up for 37 but I don’t think I have the ‘right’ players. I’ve come up with four combo options all -8 bar the last one which is a -12. What do you think I should do and which one is better?

    A. Mahrez, Lukaku and Murray to Sanchez, Jesus and JAyew
    B. Mahrez, Kenedy and Murray to JWP, Gudmundsson and Jesus
    C. Mahrez, Eriksen and Murray to Ramsey, Gudmundsson and Kane
    D. Mahrez, Eriksen, Vardy and Murray to Ramsey, Carroll, Jesus and Kane (-12)

Hi, sorry me AGAIN! I think I’m going to have to move quick to get sterling and Jesus for lukaku and mahrez before price increase and then look at William to mili and upgrading a defender next week. What do you think? I have no and tc to play my plan was tc Kane for DGW and I’ve wasted the bet now I think so probably play this week just I get use of it x
