Hello everyone and welcome back to Fantasy Premier League FF247 Main League & Regulars League 2023/24.
The one after Sir Alex, the one after Arsene, the one after Elle…. well I hope that I can succeed far better than Moyes and Emery did when replacing these LEGENDS of the game.
Elle has decided to step down from running the leagues and I have volunteered to become involved – plus I am a sucker for a spreadsheet.
Decisions, decisions…. is Haaland still a must have at £14m? Five superstar midfielders? Eleven strong players and a weak bench? Only time will tell.
FF247 Public League – Code 9srch6
As usual we have a public league which is open to the whole world, as the name suggests. The code will be found not only here but will be Tweeted and posted on Facebook. Many thousands enter and are not known to all of us on the site.
This is our main public FF247 League for the 2023/24 seaspon, which anyone is welcome to join and can be accessed using the code below or this auto-join link
FF247 Regulars League
These are the leagues we like to focus our attention on. These leagues are for the people who are part of our community and who post regularly on our site. There is the Classic League, Head-to-Head Leagues and a Cup Competition that starts in January 2024.
There are only really two criteria to enter. You are a registered member of FF247 with a site user name and you post at least four times a month over a six month period. We do monitor posts by our community and if you finish in the prize places and don’t meet the above criteria you won’t be getting anything. The prize fund for the Regulars Classic League is £250. The winner of each Head-to- Head League will win a FF247 t-shirt and the Cup winner will get £50.
These leagues are free to join but you need to email Jamie Mc at the email address below. When you email he will require these three details:-
1 – Your FF247 site use name
2 – Your real name
3 – Your FPL team name from 2022-23 and your new team name if you are changing it.
There will be seven leagues in the Head-to-Head format which is more than enough for our regulars Jamie Mc has set a deadline of 4th August 23 to get yourself back in the Head-to-Head leagues. This will give him a week to if necessary move people about leagues if this is required before the season start on Friday 11th August 23.

FF247 Regulars Cup
The winner of the Cup competition will receive £50. There will be more about this later in the season from Jamie Mc.

I am in and slowly getting ready for another season. Last year in FPL was my worst so I am ready for a new beginning. Thanks Elle as always for setting up these leagues.

We are running a doubles league for FF247 regulars. It’s great fun and allows you to go for punty captaincy and fun picks that you may not with your usual team.
Saying that, Brooky and I have run a double team for 3 seasons now and have 3 top 100K finishes. So we are no mugs. If you fancy your chances of beating us email me on harryhorse@rocketmail.com with the names of your managers and I will give you the league code.

Welcome to the doubles league
WiR Horse needs to know your teams name? What is it?
Hi all. I just realised that not every knows how the doubles team work. So I ought to explain it properly.
I have my own individual FPL team Horse FC. I share a doubles team Horse Brooky with my good friend Brooky. He also has his own individual team.
I created a new email account and with that I set up a new FPL team Horse Brooky. We both have access to the team and can make transfers, change the captain, bench etc.
We generally make our decisions on Fridays so we whats app each other or sent text messages on Fridays about our thoughts.
Generally if Brooky has a strong hunch about a player or captain choice I roll with that. Likewise if I have a strong feeling about a player he rolls with that. Both of us take our own individual team seriously so use our doubles teams for players we really like but won’t be getting in for own teams. And punts!! We like captaining the likes of Trent, Cancelo, James etc just for the fun of it. If it goes well it’s brilliant and if not it’s only our doubles team.
We try not to say ‘I told you so’ to each other.
It is a lot of fun and it would be great if a lot of the regulars on here join the doubles league. If you want to join us but don’t have a partner write your team name here and we will try to match you up with another FF247 manager.

For everyone else, this is always fun and Horse truly is bringing the world together for world peace! He’s even managed to bring me (a Spurs fan) and Mitro (Arsenal fan) together. Where else in all of God’s green earth could this happen other than right here on FF247 in Horse’s Doubles League?!?!
