Whilst not as large as last weeks jump, this weeks 300k+ climb up the rankings is not to be sniffed at.
We’ve followed the crowd and it’s turned out rather well for us. Have we been lucky? Sure we have, but the longer you play this game, the more you realise that luck vs skill is in FPL is heavily weighted in the former.
Quite how we did so well last week, despite losing 2 of our 11 to injury before the 60th minute is hard to fathom, that one of those was our captain Mo Salah, makes it all the more impressive.
Thankfully the other 9 (well 8) picked up the slack. Only Wilson failed to register a return. MGW will rightly take the plaudits with his 13-pointer, but those 10 from Bowen and Raya sure helped too!
71 points in the end, 35 above the average and enough to secure that green from 1,325,310 to 995,456.

We say it a lot (or at least I do) but the team looks well set. With a another double on the horizon, coupled with a fixture swing or two, it seems wise to go with what we have and then look to play the fixtures as we aim to see out the season in style.
