Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 23
Another gameweek on top of the previous one. This one gets us going with a lunch-time battle of the only two teams that start with the letter A when Aston Villa face off vs Arsenal and that of course is followed by a meeting of the only two teams that start with the letter B in Burnley vs Brighton. Along with that game we have Toon taking on Saints so our alphabet game is already ruined. Fulham and Hammers gets the 5:30 spot and the day is brought to a close by what should be an entertaining affair when United play host to Everton.
Sunday brings us four more fixtures. The early game sees Spurs throttle West Brom, that is followed by a battle of Wolves vs Foxes. The third game of the day is a title decider-ish? Probably not, but it should still be a good one when Liverpool and City renew acquaintances. The day is finished off with Sheffield Utd taking on Chelsea.
The gameweek is brought to an end by the ever entertaining Leeds when they play host to Crystal Palace.

There’s nothing crazy about it. High scoring team against the weakest defence. Makes real sense.
That’s who I’m currently on. Might be double GW fever as I don’t see a stand out pick with a double. Either poor team or two tough games. If it was a single everyone would be on Bruno

Not much wrong with the first 11 and 2 doublers on the bench for next week. Hard to suggest much. The cash is useful to get Kane if you want, but I would wait until next week.

Antonio could out score DCL, with one of his games vs city making it a little more tricky. I would keep him and do something else personally.
Maybe Son together with Davis could make way for DCL. The hit you’d have to take makes it a bit less appealing though.

1) Soucek to Rashford.
2) Johnstone to Pope + something else?
3) Soucek to Lookman (cash for Antonio to Kane).
4) Something better?
Think i would go with the pope move.
2) and 3) look like a nice combination. Only if Soucek’s red card stands though, else I think I’d just do 2) for now to wait and see what happens.

I know it’s sour grapes and all but do you not feel hard done by when red cards are rescinded? I played Soucek over DCL so lost out on 12 points. With Soucek getting 0 and it deemed not a red card then surely his 3 points should be reinstated?
