With the resumption of the Premier League, and of course FPL, things are finally back to normal, right? Well, not quite! That said, what is normal these days?
Whilst we have all been diligently following government legislation for what feels like an eternity, football of any description feels like a welcome distraction for some, and others an unnecessary risk. Wherever you sit on that debate we respect your opinion. Whether you’re for or against football without fans matters little, that’s how it’s going to be, so let’s just suck it up and get back to why we’re here; FPL.
Maybe you used a Chip for the DGW that never was, blew your Wildcard preparing for fixtures that didn’t happen, or used your weekly FT’s during the lockdown perfecting your team only for everyone to be given unlimited Free Transfers. Dems the breaks kids.
With unlimited Free Transfers, Chips still to play and a whole host of changes to football that will likely have ramifications for our FPL season finale, we thought what better time to turn to our Amigo’s and see how they plan to see out their season in style before riding off into the sunset… ready to come back again a few weeks later.

In the case of Pope, I would be keeping him and so that’s why there’s a bit of a difference in value between the two options.
2 I think. But Kelly won’t play as Ward I’d first choice RB. 4.1 Tanganda and Hanley stand a better chance of playing

It looks like a FH to me but just double checking
Bb and then wc soon after, I think.
One of my FH drafts looks similar that’s why I asked.
Hmm, I don’t know if having a non-playing GK and Taylor visiting Etihad is a good idea for BBing. If You manage to fix these two things, it’d look great. That’s just my opinion though.

As GP said, if you are “very happy” with your team just go for FH
I am not completely happy that’s why I am considering BB but might go with FH at the end.
Thanks guys, plenty of decisions to be made, it seems a waste to pass up the opportunity to have unlimited transfers, but maybe this might turn out to be the correct decision for me.

Aguero I think, he’s still going for Golden Boot I hope (as is Auba of course but I do prefer Aguero slightly)
If i play fh right away. Will the team i make my free transfers fall under the fh and my team will go back to the team i got now after this gw? Or can i put my team together now and then play fh. Under ”normal” gw’s if you make a transfer and then play fh that transfer will fall under fh and turn back to the player you transfered out when the gw is over.
I think that you sort your team now for say game week 31+ onwards and confirm transfers.
Free hit your team for the double game week 30+.
Your team will then default back.
Happy to be correct if my understanding is wrong.

Simply put, the Free Hit chip if played cancels ALL transfers (even unlimited ones) you made.
You would revert to the team you had at the end of the ‘old’ Gameweek 38.
Was afraid of that. So if you play fh now, there’s no ”free” wildcard now… really stupid. Dont understand why they did this ”new squad” thing at all….
The new squad thing I think was to reignite interest in the game for those who maybe lost their way with everything going on.
No you either use Unlimited Transfers OR Free Hit this week.

Great work as ever everyone on the team. Something I am unsure on perhaps you can help.
Happy with my existing squad, do not wish to lose 2m of TV on a reset and therefore I am using FH this week to throw everything at the DGW as I always do.
Q. Can I use the unlimited transfers to tidy up my squad (there were two or three I wanted to ship), save it down, THEN us my FH? So that in 31 it will revert to my ‘tidied up’ squad.
Seems churlish not to act on a free WC option to get my house in order, if that is at all possible..
