Grab, Avoid or Bore Off!

Grab, Avoid or Bore Off!

A bore off special edition you say? Yeah, we think we can manage that. So we went ahead and rounded up our 3 pistoleros and asked them to answer 5 important questions that are bugging many a manager. With so much time to tinker, we thought it important to address some of the concerns we have heard in our chat community. No! Not the monkey pictures, as we have grown quite fond of them to be honest. But DGW concerns for the upcoming week and a future one. Also addressing what to do with 2 South American stars and last but not least, maybe a tip or two on how to crawl back into your mini league race. So although we have named it the usual grab, avoid or bore off, it is really just a façade for a lot of waffling with a hint of relevant information.

So much for only 5 questions! Apparently our three Amigos can’t play serious just this one time, so we had to add a couple of questions for them to have a giggle. So per request here are five more so our three writers can be, well…themselves.

Great stuff guys! Good to get different opinions on those burning matters.
The less said about Cookie’s love affair with Dallas and cheesy 80’s music the better laugh

Aside from the continuing flow of great articles, I find the comment debate informative and thought-provoking. I’ve avoided a few really dumb moves, and found some real gems, in the discussion. This game is not as obvious as it looks.
    Keep it coming.

Evening, Mitro. I reckon he’s the best shout, mate. I’ve got Ospina to cover so not getting rid of Forster just yet. I’ll likely get Myhill just to cover Ospina’s blank, and also to save a few bob for future moves. In a perfect world, i’d get Davis, but i’m better off with the 4m option.

Yeah I heard Brooky talking about Davis as a replacement. If I needed a keeper I probably go for Davis.

Sants record vs teams 8th or lower is a very good one. In particular when it comes to keeping clean sheets. In 20 games they have kept 12 CS against said teams. 6 of their remaining 8 are against teams that fit that description. City is their last game so you will easily be able to navigate that fixture. Only other team you might want to avoid is Spurs. For those that worry about how Davis will do in comparison to Forster, one only needs to point to the fact that Saints allow the least shots per game out of anyone in the EPL. So Forster could be a lot better than Davis, but If Davis is not even dealing with that many shots then you could be alright.
