Grab, Avoid or Bore Off!

Grab, Avoid or Bore Off!

A bore off special edition you say? Yeah, we think we can manage that. So we went ahead and rounded up our 3 pistoleros and asked them to answer 5 important questions that are bugging many a manager. With so much time to tinker, we thought it important to address some of the concerns we have heard in our chat community. No! Not the monkey pictures, as we have grown quite fond of them to be honest. But DGW concerns for the upcoming week and a future one. Also addressing what to do with 2 South American stars and last but not least, maybe a tip or two on how to crawl back into your mini league race. So although we have named it the usual grab, avoid or bore off, it is really just a façade for a lot of waffling with a hint of relevant information.

So much for only 5 questions! Apparently our three Amigos can’t play serious just this one time, so we had to add a couple of questions for them to have a giggle. So per request here are five more so our three writers can be, well…themselves.

  1. Am i mad to be considering mata as (c) next GW, ahead of Hazard/Kane? Haven’t bought Mata yet, but will do after the internationals.

    • Not mad NIN just depends what your ML situation is. I’m chasing a small deficit and I’m considering buying Rooney and capping him.

      • Miles clear. I just thought of him as a good differential vs Villa. Rooney too. We usually spank Villa.

        • I think Rooney’s a good shout Nin, like you say you usually do well against Villa and he’s in good form, after seeing how he goes in the 2 intl’s obviously

        • It’d be for Aguero on mine. He’d then become Costa. Would that alter your decision?

        • I’m reluctant to let Kun go, I’d rather lose a mid first, Aguero will come good.. he always does. If you can, I’d try and get Costa and Kun

      • Hazard though. Stoke are in trouble there.

        • Or Aguero or Kane or Austin. Some great options this week. Best check who’s on capos article this week though as we could end up with Robertson again! laugh

    • Same dilemma mate.
Wondering if I should do a Caz- Mata and start clearing out Arsenal players
Would probably wait till the last min to see how Rose is doing thanks to his recent injury.
I’d probably check with you again in a week to see how it stands 😉

      • Trailing 1st by 20 points in my mini league. Have 9 gWs to make it up and some more

  2. Brilliant boys thanks. Ms Carlisle though?!

  3. Cookie I’d say was a “YAZZ” man
While frequenting them seedy French dimlit port bars in his fix for a “furburger” session.
He’d hum “The Only Way Is Up” at high speed.

  5. Hey guys, how’s it going? Thanks for putting together another GABO article for us Mito, and thanks Cookie, Init, and Kop as always for the interviews! Very fun read gentlemen, well done.

So this waiting around crap is no fun. Looking forward to some of the international matches, but it’s hard to sit on my hands while FPL takes a week off. Not gonna spend too much energy on transfer plans until I see what the injury situation is later on.

    • is it just me or are these intl breaks getting longer?
      zzzzzz

      • Feels like a prison sentence

  6. Just went outside and its 93 degrees ( Thailand ) oh for some cold weather!
