I haven’t written an article for a while and this is the first ‘regular’ article we have posted after what has been a crazy period. The last few game-weeks can be described as nothing but the absolute depths of hell for most FPL managers. When I initially asked our writing team for their Captaincy input this week it was about 1pm on Sunday. By 6pm, I was met with a mixture of silence and incredulity. Fantasy Football Captain Picks Gameweek 8 Welcome to Fantasy Football Captain Picks Gameweek 8 Last week was supposed to be all about which of Big Rom or Big Ron would beat up more on some beleaguered opponents. Antonio was a popular pick outside of that pair as he was supposed to be the star man in a high scoring affair with Brentford. Vardy was the outside pick if anyone felt a bit more daring. As is customary we review the previous week’s Captains selections to see who took Ronaldo and who took Lukaku who had the best pick from the vast array of attacking talent on show. And it was a tie!
