FF247 Site Team News Gameweek 16 TWO IN A ROW! Welcome to FF247 Site Team Gameweek 16 WE’VE FINALLY DONE IT! For the first time this season we have managed to get TWO green arrows in a row! 55 points which is 5 above the average of 50, a green arrow of 120k and up to 3,248,648. We had Salah as captain until Storm Darragh came along so a quick poll was taken and a swap from Mo to Watkins was made. This was yet again a massive, massive fail. Watkins returned a big dud of 2 points, doubled to 4 whilst Cole Palmer laughed in our faces with 18 points. When is the last time we even got a captaincy pick correct? FPL had become a little dull, captain Haaland come rain or shine, it was difficult to make gains. Oh, how things can change so quickly. FF247 Site Team News GW15 Regrets, we’ve had a few Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW15 We are in a rush this week, as we all are. Turns out we are in more of a rush than we actually thought we were, but we shall come onto that later. As for GW14, we only have an interim score at this point in time, that being 79. It looks like Kerkez will bring home another 2, so let’s call it at 81. As for rank, we expect that will bring a green arrow, as our 59 points as of last night had bumped us up about 750k spots. With a few different decisions this week, and the luxury of hindsight, it could have been a whole lot better. Palmer won our internal Captain Poll by a narrow margin of 3 to 2 over Salah. FF247 Site Team News Gameweek 14 Stranded Welcome to FF247 Site Team Gameweek 14 Our Gameweek 13 Result Another red arrow… 3 in a row that’s now 8 of those in total and just the 4 green ones. Not good! A score of 59 was 1 below the average and saw us plunge even further to 4.2m odd, a drop of another 300k or so. Looking for some positives, we were mocked on the chat (by one of our own committee!) for having a ‘power midfield’. Granted, there was no Saka but the rest got 43 between them, which was a good portion of our overall total. FF247 Site Team News GW13 Number 13… unlucky for some…probably us! Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW13 Things are not going well for the site team this season. Another red arrow for out lot this week. We got only 48 points which was one less than the average 49 this week. This saw us drop to 3,932,438. We were massively let down by two things… our midfield and our captain. Seems to be a theme this season as Haaland blanked again, our power midfield of Palmer, Bruno, Gordon and Mbeumo all got 2 points. You would think with Flekken, Myklolenko, Saliba, Watkins and Strand Larsen all getting 5+ points we would have seen a green arrow but alas it just wasn’t enough!
