fantasy football tips team hints Falling faster than a girl’s panties at the sight of Giroud, we continued our downward trend. Although the drop wasn’t major, it still hurts. 309 spots was the fall this time and it landed us in 4932th place. One would think that when your captain scores 46 points, dropping in the standings shouldn’t be a concern, but low and behold we managed it. Well let us get on with it with a quick review of the team in GW36 before we discuss our transfer plans.

Damn you goal line technology! Ospina and us were denied a clean sheet when a dumb little watch told the referee the ball went in. Sometimes progress is not good. Moving on we see McShane our new recruit decided to partake only 56 minutes in his game, wonderful. Luckily the rest of our defence was a bit more responsible. Terry was unable to get a clean sheet, but he scored a goal and a bonus point, so all good. Speaking of good, PvA grabbed us a nice 7 points. We just sent Lukaku a thank you for that Sunderland clean sheet, couldn’t have done it without his finishing or lack thereof.

Our midfielders Hazard, Sterling and Sanchez all scored 2 points. Looks like Hazard is on vacation now. Maybe. Sterling is still believed to be in Jamaica and Sanchez at least tries, but this week just wasn’t to be. Aha, but there was one superhero. Well maybe not super, but better than the others, at least for this week. Jason Puncheon only played 45 minutes, but who needs more than a half when you are special? Not Jason Puncheon, as a half was all he needed to get us a big 6 points or as he wants us to call it, what the other 3 did combined. Let us move along to our forwards and the man of the hour.

Agueroooo…ah it never gets old. Looking at some old YouTube videos and seeing that face of befuddlement on Fergie’s face as the news rolled in from the Ethiad was priceless. A bit like our own Richie (lesser seen, site IT ‘guru’ / AKA Floydeth) when he captained Alexis over Kun this week, bless him (we all laughed) (lots). Our other two forwards got us 2 big points a piece. Thank you fellas for that. Kane has become a has-been and Giroud, well he can still look at a mirror and know everything is going to be alright. Well enough of what happened already, let us move on to our team for DGW37.

Transfer(s) for GW37 – Sold Moreno and bought Wasilewski

This week’s team meeting dragged on a little, it started on Tuesday and it’s only just finished although we should mention that we took Wednesday & Thursday off! After all that we have made what can only be described as our most exciting transfer of the season in selling Alberto Moreno and replacing him with Marcin Wasilewski. We bought Moreno ahead of DGW34 and the useless (insert expletive here) hasn’t been seen since, thanks for nothing Alberto.

As we’ve already admitted it’s not a very exciting transfer but with Baird & Moreno not featuring for their respective sides we felt we should try and shore up our defence and perhaps try and actually field 3 of them! The transfer has one eye on next week as it frees up some cash to potentially bring David Silva in for another waste of space from Liverpool, Raheem Sterling. Of course Wasilewski does more than just free up cash. Leicester have picked up three clean sheets from their last four games and with their final two games against Sunderland & QPR we feel there’s a good chance that Marcin will contribute some points to the cause.

Captain

Our captain this week is Alexis Sanchez
Given Arsenal’s DGW there were really only two options for us this week in Sanchez & Giroud. It was a unanimous decision to hand the Chilean the armband, don’t let us down Alexis!

Our vice-captain is Olivier Giroud
Not that is should matter!

Good luck this week everyone!

    Ospina
    Terry, Skrtel, Alders
    Hazard, Silva, Cazorla, Cambiaso
    Aguero, Bentekke, Giroud
    1 ITB, 1 FT
    Schmiechael, Hutton, Cork, Bruce
    1) Would you bring in PVA for the DGW?
    2) Would you replace Cambiaso with someone else?
    3) Any thoughts?

    Hello everyone.

    Kane to Defoe
    Ulloa to Graham

Don’t particularly fancy either. Can i be convinced otherwise? No cash.

I was going to leave it and have 2FT for the final day.

12 points is nothing Mitro but making it 20 with a huge hit and taking out players who should do well this week may not be the answer! I see the logic to it I’m just not sure you need to be that drastic? Just a shame you’ve been copying each other’s teams 😉 Has he / she made any moves?

      Morning Mitro.
Keep kane and benteke. Id be looking at def/GK. Mignolet, Azpili, out. to free up funds for silva. But bare in mind cazorla is on penos. I know this means 3 ars but its another one yr rival doesn’t have if you cant afford silva.

      • Mitro says:

Hi chopper – cazorla or giroud could be the ones considering my opponent hasn’t got either of them

        • chopper2540 says:

Id love to have benteke on the run in but cant afford. Im happy with Kane. He is mm away from scoring a hattrick. Hull at home too. Think clearly pal instead of chasing. Little by little. Exact same in my cash league. Insead o fthe massive changes Id make on previous easons Iv just been doing the odd one and now hey presto, the idiot cpt sanchez last wk instead of aguero. Now Im 15 up. forget yr front line LEAVE IT BE. You have the same GK and Coutinho. Alter those. Ps you don’t have bellenderin. No ars cover at 4.7m cud be a decent move for azp
