FPL Captain Picks Gameweek 37 It’s probably fair to say that not many of us got quite what we expected or hoped for out of GW36. It was short, sharp and brutal. GW37 does at least have a full compliment of teams to choose from. Whether that will make it much better remains to be seen, as rotation will probably be at a premium again with the short turnaround after the past weekend and also ahead of the next one. Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 36 Small is beautiful After 15 games in 7 days we have an 8 game, 3-day game-week, oh what joy, almost traditional, there’s even a game at 3pm on Saturday. On TV, of course. It’s worth remembering that Chelsea, Leicester, Man Utd and Arsenal all blank in GW36. Our game-week begins on Friday evening as the newly crowned Champions go to Newcastle to celebrate with Rosco and friends. FF247 FPL Team GW36 Welcome to FF247 FPL Team GW36 As we approach the final three gameweeks we come in off the back of a very healthy 137 points in GW35. We know all the decent players had ton-plus scores but ours has seen us rise almost 80,000 places to reside currently at 187,389 overall. In ordinary weeks we would be bemoaning the benching of Matt Targett (8) and Stuart Dallas (9) but not this week. FF247 FPL Team GW35 Welcome to FF247 FPL Team GW35 Our stuttering finish to the season continued with a 48pt return in GW34. However, given the overall average was just 39 we still managed a green arrow to take us to a rank of 267,151. With Azpi rested and Bruno, Jota and TAA playing ‘Spot the Glazer’ at the Lowry we achieved our score with just 10 players. Son was our highest scorer with a goal and assist, Watkins again chipped in with a goal and Na(C)ho’s assist was welcome, though we asked for more. FPL Captain Picks Gameweek 35 And then there was a TRIPLE GW, obviously… As you can imagine we were all prepped and ready to go with this week’s Capo article. We were sort of expecting a couple of changes, maybe the odd additional Liverpool game, but we probably weren’t anticipating this sudden and unprecedented change of events. Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW’ 35, 36 & 37 Well, what a time for social media to go into a boycott! This weekend saw United fans storm the pitch and cause one of the biggest fixtures in football to be postponed. Whether you agree with the actions of the supporters or you don’t I think we can all agree it screwed up our FPL teams! It also messed up H&L with one fixture being removed. That one fixture could have changed the results and the destination of our winners prize but we will now never know! FPL Fixtures Gameweek 35 It looks like we finally get to write about some upcoming fixtures that we know will actually happen and won’t be changed on a whim. DGW35 was announced last week and along with it a blank-ish GW36. As ever with these things they are not mutually exclusive and as such the excitement of bringing in assets from Arsenal, Leicester, Chelsea and Man United for a bumper double haul will be tempered with the knowledge that they will all then cause you a headache with a blank the week after.
