Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW33+,GW34+,GW35+ Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW33+,GW34+,GW35. The games continue to blur into one, so to save us all some time we’ve once again combined the upcoming three Game Weeks into one. As before, you can either make predictions for all fixtures in one post or individually, all we ask is that you post any subsequent predictions on your original comment. On to the winners! GW30+ Winner is RafflesHotspur on 11 pts, it went down to the wire but his 31st minute (first goal prediction) was the closest to the (45+2) opener. Init, JamieMc and SweetBlueToffee also finished with 11 pts – awesome sauce! GW31+ Winner is M.Salah on 14 pts, again his prediction of the 33rd minute was closest to the 64th minute f...[Read More]

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat and FF247 Site Team Gameweek 32+

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat and FF247 Site Team Gameweek 32+ #YNWA Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 32+. GW32+ Deadline; Saturday 27th June 11:30am GMT I concur… We really can’t start anywhere else this week other than simply congratulating our new League Champions Liverpool! What a magnificent season it has been for them and it is truly deserved. None of that Jose / Chelsea nonsense of limping over the line, they did it in style and that was typified by their crushing of Palace on Wednesday night. #YNWA Which leads us nicely back into GW31+. And quite frankly, Liverpool aside, it was fairly turgid! As has been most of the football so far, apart from a couple of Man City performances and the Arnie wannabe over there at Wolves. Man Utd, or more accurately Mart...[Read More]

Three Fantasy Football Picks Who Have Vastly Underperformed This Season

Three Fantasy Football Picks Who Have Vastly Underperformed This Season With the current 2019-20 Premier League campaign approaching its conclusion, FPL managers will undoubtedly be taking time to reflect on the performance of their fantasy teams. Players such as Trent Alexander-Arnold, Danny Ings, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have continually delivered this season whilst, according to official Fantasy Premier League statistics, Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne has been the top player this year, accumulating 216 points so far. However, at the other end of the spectrum, there are numerous underperformers who were selected in good faith at the beginning of August, yet have comprehensively failed to live up to those lofty pre-season expectations. We take a look at three top flight sta...[Read More]

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30+

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30+ Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 30+. GW30+ Deadline; Wednesday 17th June 5pm GMT Yep, it’s finally time for GW30 PLUS. And not GW39 as some of us suspected it may be. Looks like Scudamore may never get his wish! As alluded to in our Fixtures Analysis article for GW30+ there looks like scant chance to do many articles, if indeed any, between each of these GW’s. As such we will not do a fresh Live Match Chat for each week, we shall simply update this one as we go along with the latest deadlines and fixtures. We shall endeavour to post the line-ups prior to each phase of the relevant GW and our usual FPL Countdown Timer (to be found above the latest comments section) will once again be active. Tips will be dispensed in t...[Read More]

Fantasy Football Captain Picks Gameweek 30+

Fantasy Football Captain Picks Gameweek 30+ Welcome to Fantasy Football Captain Picks Gameweek 30+ We are definitely getting used to where that ‘+’ button is on the computer now! The last time we wrote a (semi) serious Captain Picks article was about 3 months ago. We rather suspect some of the writers and staff were secretly hoping that this whole thing had just been called off so that they could get a full 6 month break. No such luck guys! We have awoken them from their slumber and gently asked them to resume where they left off (aka: kicked their ass and told them to get back behind their computers and tell the world who to captain this week). And funnily enough they did… GP – Pierre Emerick Aubameyang It would be fair to say that PEA is the obvious Arsenal candid...[Read More]

Fantasy Football Fixture Analysis Gameweek 30+

Fantasy Football Fixture Analysis Gameweek 30+ Ok, so we warned you on our FPL / FF247 Returns article that we may not be massively active for the rest of the season, given the fixture layout. But then we went and did a huge GABO article. And then there’s a comprehensive Captain Picks one in the pipeline. And the following will almost certainly put a final nail in that particular coffin / balloon*. *Delete as to how appropriately morbid you are. We genuinely don’t know how many more articles we will get to do this season, and so this may / may not be the final Fixtures Analysis one. Hence we decided to go comprehensive. Albeit succintly. Either way, here’s a whistle stop tour of all 20 teams and a quick analysis of all of their remaining fixtures… FPL FIXTURE TRACKER But ...[Read More]

Grab, Avoid or Bore Off! – Fantasy Premier League 2019-20

Grab, Avoid or Bore Off! – Fantasy Premier League 2019-20 With the resumption of the Premier League, and of course FPL, things are finally back to normal, right? Well, not quite! That said, what is normal these days? Whilst we have all been diligently following government legislation for what feels like an eternity, football of any description feels like a welcome distraction for some, and others an unnecessary risk. Wherever you sit on that debate we respect your opinion. Whether you’re for or against football without fans matters little, that’s how it’s going to be, so let’s just suck it up and get back to why we’re here; FPL. Maybe you used a Chip for the DGW that never was, blew your Wildcard preparing for fixtures that didn’t happen, or used your weekly FT’s during the lockdown ...[Read More]

The Premier League Returns… and so does FF247!

The Premier League Returns… and so does FF247! Welcome to The Premier League Returns… and so does FF247! Guess who’s back, back again… with fresh hair cuts and strippers galore! Yep, we’re back, we hope we are anyway…. Unless any more players test positive between now and June 17th, because… you know, they just absolutely had to get their hair cut. Or party with some strippers. Like we are sure we all have in lockdown…. Anyway, we just wanted to give you an update on both the key points from an FPL perspective but also from ours in terms of what to expect from us over the next few weeks. FPL Changes The main one here is that those of you who have been diligently (let’s face it boredly) making transfers each week to get your teams in the...[Read More]

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30+GW31+GW32+

Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30+ Welcome to Harry and Lloyd’s Fantasy Predictions GW30+GW31+GW32+. We love a good prediction here at Harry and Lloyd’s but even we didn’t see a Global Pandemic on the horizon. As the country began closing down, football held on for just a few days and then that like the rest of the country went into lockdown too. For a while, it seemed that perhaps it would not return, but it’s back, and we have a whole load of football to look forward to. With 9 game weeks in just under 6 weeks, it’s going to busier than Kyle Walker during a lockdown, so enough of the chit chat. As you can see from the headline this article covers the first 3 weeks of fixtures. As always, you can either make predictions for all fixtures in one ...[Read More]

Fantasy Football (has been suspended!) Update

Fantasy Football (has been suspended!) Update Unless you’ve been living under a rock (perhaps advisable right now) you will be aware that the Premier League have suspended all fixtures until (at least) April 4th. In essence this means that we will miss GW’s 30 & 31 and resume in GW32. Whether the 32 target actually happens is a different matter but for now that is what we are being told to work towards. We just wanted to make you aware of a few key things… FPL have released the following on Twitter; What does the #PL postponement mean for #FPL 👇 ⬛ All GW30 and GW31 fixtures are postponed and the intention is for the PL to return for GW32 on 4 April, subject to medical advice — Fantasy Premier League (@OfficialFPL) March 13, 2020 To pick the bones out of...[Read More]
